It wasn't Me or Norainu. I asked the same thing... Wasn't me either. It wasn't me. Perhaps it was the same person who approved Razsminion's clan/kekkei genkai app? That post had the same signature. (Implying they didn't simply approve their own character.)
Someone's obviously worked with editing the character app within the last couple days...

Last I heard, Norainu was working with him on improving things. "Mana" asked that someone help him, and I told him to PM Nor.

Someone's obviously worked with editing the character app within the last couple days... Gah! If my Clan trait needs work let me know and I can fix it. I assumed that Nor-Kun approved it for me because I asked if he would go over it to make sure that it wasn't too powerful or anything like that.
