Poor Fran, he must hate his fanfictors. Okay, I'll cave. If Mammon looks like this, then it'd perfectly fine if he's seme. But since I've seen his adult form, and presume the rest of his face might look a little girlish too, I think the couple makes much more sense this way.

Okay, I'll agree on that. But I think Mammon doesn't look all chibi, you get the sense of a strong girl from the face in the anime. More like a woman than a little girl. Like Lan, only more collected, powerful, and all-around seme-ish. *going on the whole "Viper could easily be a girl" thing when using my pronouns*

Bel lost his dignity when he went all "bug" on Gokudera over the ring. It would just mean Mammon could kick pretty much everyone's a** if s/he wanted to...
The manga has a one page spread with the adult versions somewhere just before the "Choice" game... That's where I got the "Skull is a Girl" info. That Viper looks androgynous because of the cloak but you feel like it's leaning towards the girl side. However, cloak's still up. Just like Reborn's hat shadows his face.
