Hey everyone! I'm back! And I gave blood yesterday, and I'm still a little dizzy. Is that normal? Anyway, new eggs! [url=http://dragcave.net/view/X5eWc][img]http://dragcave.net/image/X5eWc.gif[/img][/url]

First, yes, dizziness can be a common symptom after giving blood. It is because of mild dehydration from "loss" of bodily fluids. As Protector/ Angel said below, drink lots of fluids and rest. The dizziness should quickly pass. And ditto also on what Angel said about donating. It is indeed giving the gift of life.
Second, sorry to hear about Sera! Update us when you get more info. Will keep her in our thoughts and prayers! heart
And third, got the babies! biggrin

Afeare Hey everyone! I'm back! And I gave blood yesterday, and I'm still a little dizzy. Is that normal?  Yes, you will notice. Drink more liquids than you do normally, yum_coldone but don't OVER do it. Rest. You will be fine. Good for you, donating.

This is how I spent my Saturday morning ...
watching my younger son receive his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia!
For all of you who have been so supportive with your thoughts and prayers, thank you!!! Now we wait for Registry Board Results in a couple of weeks. biggrin

Sorry that we couldn't help you with this egg in time. May I suggest a few things to avoid losing another egg? First, don't put it in your signature. As with this egg, it received too many clicks/ views in too short a period of time, leading to it becoming sick and to its demise. Second, change your Cave account setting to ACCEPT AID. In that way, others can post it on ER sites (both in Gaia and beyond) to try and save it. Under your current setting, no one can do this because of the Dragon Cave's TOS. And third and last, join some Cave guilds here on Gaia so you can get help and advice on raising your eggs. I'm sending you an invite to this guild and I hope you'll join.

That's all that her sister's managed to tell me, other than 'the doctors say she'll live.' Which, considering Rayna's faith in doctors.... I am praying for their adopted mother to be able to handle it.... Thanks for the update, Afeare. Will continue to send good thoughts and lots of prayers to Sera!
