The minute the Chef Class has powers and a cookbook with healthy amount of food (probably 10 or so).
Which may require the Aqua Store to have a Grocery Store section...

Your Q&A pretty much covers it and if anyone else has a question about it they can just ask themselves. I do have a question just in case, are missions re-doable? For example, if someone completes (and passes) a class/special mission, are they able to repeat it?
(Why someone would want to do the same mission twice I don't know, but it's still a useful question.)

Alright. I think most missions are non-repeatable, but there might be a few that could have a different outcome if they did it twice.
