"I wish that you could see that our love is bringing out the dead in me."
I think that we should be together just for old time's sake,
I wanna hear you scream just like you used to do when we were alone.
Now the candle's burning out, and the pumpkin's rotting away.
I just want you here beside me on this lonesome Halloween day.
I''m laying in our bed with these tainted sheets pulled right over my head.
I'm singing all our favorite songs out loud and I'm hoping you can hear them somehow.
"Sitting here in the dark, drinking my own blood."
Sami had to bite down a squeal when she saw Tony, leaping forward and wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Hey you!" She breathed excitedly, resisting the urge to nuzzle him. "Long time no see, right?" She chuckled. "So Danave treating you well?"
Danave rolled his eyes and looked around, heading deeper into the living room.
Scowling a bit, he pulled the curtains closed. The window only overlooked the balcony and the small courtyard in the center of the complex, but he didn't want to take any chances.
It might've been a bad idea to come... Danave thought absentmindedly as he looked around. He closed his eyes.
There can't be any suspicious evidence against her. This'll probably have to be the last time we can have such open contact. He sighed.
I'll tell Tony after we leave.
"And a voice, it whispers: Hello my love."
Every word you said, it ricochets just like a bullet in my head.
I wish that you could see that our love is bringin' out the dead in me.
Haunt me, haunt me like you used to
Won't you scare me, oh. Haunt me.
Haunt me like you used to.
I love you best when you scare me to death.
