When you say 'interesting,' do you mean entertaining, or interesting in the car crash way that 'The Return of Supergirl' was?

Interesting in a very good way. I went to the comic shop today with the intention of getting a TPB that would remind of the days back when Superman was super. The Eddie Mac cover art caught my attention, so I bought it.

Lots of interesting twists and turns, cohesive plot, re-imagining of characters, guest stars, and a cool ending.

And Superman was super. 3nodding heart

Oh, and I also bought "Superman For All Seasons," though I havent read it yet. Hm, thats another Loeb work isnt it? Strange...

it odd how loeb can do good work, and then really drop the ball on somethings.
Hulk, my god that is just disapointing. as well as Ulimates 3(thinks it 3 or 4)
and yet Batman the long halloween is great.

I was thinking the same thing, Im not exactly a Loeb fan, but these two books are good, and Im looking forward to Captain America:White.

I just remembered something. Loeb/McGuiness also did Our Worlds at War, one of my favorite Superman stories of all time. eek
