The Mad Hatter Mydred Uhm, there's a group of roleplayer who manipulate Atoms constantly. They're called alchemists. As I said before, Binatica's arguments are stupid and he only adds to people's misinformation. Alchemy is the rearrangement of components in atoms to create different molecules and likewise different elements.
Please, do not listen to Binatica's statements, they're all false.
Do you know how idiotic that statement was? Do you know that by your own words you make every last person professing to be an alchemist to be a fusion/fision device?

The Mad Hatter Mydred I believe I have explained to you about 'energy' from nuclear FISSION. Please do not comment on my posts Binatica because you, as always, have no idea what you're talking about and you only add to people believing the misinformation you present. Heat is a form of radiation emanating from the mini-sun. There is no way his 'air' would redirect the heat from the mini-sun he made without supercooling himself and causing death anyway. His AIR cannot effect RADIATION which is kin to WAVES. Air can be heated and he never stated his air was cooled by something else. Ever driven through Death Valley in California? Roll your windows down and its hot air that burns your face. Same principle. He's using AIR to defend and likewise has been killed by the heat due to an invalid block. He has used his turn incorrectly and likewise is dead. Heat isn't radiation, dumbass. Heat is kinetic energy. If you blow away all the superheated particles effectively enough, the heat won't reach you. It's why a FAN works to keep people cool. Please, do not listen to Binatica's statements, they're all false. Most alchemists are magical alchemists, using magic to accomplish their deeds - meaning that they don't manipulate atoms DIRECTLY, they tell their magic to turn lead into gold and their magic does it for them. Even then, it's not usually atomic manipulation, but atomic transfiguration - an alchemist can't, for instance, place a neutron directly into another atom in an unstable way.

Or an alchemist is just a primitive chemist in that an alchemist will use existing compounds and elements to either combine/break up those elements for form different ones. Not manipulate atoms to the point of combing them together or breaking them up as the energy release would kill them.

I know, we are both providing an example of what an alchemist is/could be as they are not all the same. That and I'd sooner call someone that manipulates atoms a nuclear physicist.
In truth all we are doing is tearing down Mydred's statement.

My character is also magical. My attack was completely valid within this tournament. His defense did not compensate from heat. Transmutation* is what it is called when one element becomes another, through the manipulation of atoms. Alchemists who are 'magical' alchemists may not know what they're doing but the magic would in turn manipulate the atoms. In order for an alchemist to transmute something they would have to introduce new nuetrons/protons in order for the molecule to change. Likewise, I can add a neutron to another atom (enriched uranium) and in turn it will become unstable and split because that's what it does. Just how it is.
Fans don't work to cool air Binatica. A fan can blow and the air will temporarily seem cool but its really just the temperature of the air blowing against you and it seems cooler. If fans worked to cool air, we wouldn't need air-conditioning and refrigerators wouldn't need freon. You're wrong Binatica, please, stop. I'm sick of having to make more posts to show that you're wrong and have you ignore them and make me post again.

The sun heats our planet through radiation which in turn creats kinetic energy but it gives off WAVES. If you put your hand near a burning stove, you can feel the heat. His wind cannot deplete a million degrees farenheit no matter how fast it is unless he has a force that's acting to cool it.

Okay, so where do you get these neutrons? Come on, the equation must remain ballance and mater can not be destroyed or created. Only changed, so where does the energy come from to manipulate these atomic particles?

Equivalent exchange, it would just come from some other decaying matter around the arena not needed to be specified. 2.) Obviously the energy to start the magical alchemical effect would come from me.

if i did -shrugg-
but this is fantasy roleplay.
i think if someone can bend the laws of science to there favor using a specific technique or theory thats plausible to there character.
it should go.
considering my character has been known to play other plains of existence into fights.
fending attacks into different worlds alltogether.
but thats kind of iffy, and its why people have to meet other people half way.
kind of makes a custom character hard grand to stand on, but nobody has the right to take that creativity away.

Don't you know that changing the atomic structure of another atom so you can have your neutron will cause a change in the other one? You can not just drag one from a different area without repercussions.
And then the energy coming from yourself, you basicly say that you have the energy of the sun then since by your own admission you could instigate fusion. Damn, it's surprising you don't just explode.
