Well I think it was a habit I developed that never really broke back when I was diagnosed with ADD. Could never keep still....Found that moving around was the best way to focus. I don't have it anymore...but it seems that a remnant of that point of my life has decided to follow me to present day...I got no qualms with it though...I rather enjoy walking the hours away listening to music. Darestrum No, i try to stop myself from thinking to much because when I do my thought kinda turn for the worst and start making me throw up in worries and stress :l I have ADHD and will probably have it my whole life. It's not going away. Faded maybe, but not gone. I just have control. And Dare, that just plain sucks. Thats not even the bad part. Depending on the thoughts i can even drive myself to suicidal thoughts... If that is the case, you need to talk to someone. A friend or a trusted adult. Well I am sure if you keep strong and keep that control..it will fade away with time. ADD is actually something scientifically proven to go away with time as long as the right treatment is administered...and when I mean treatment I mean life experiences and lessons you learn along the way. I use myself as an example for this, one may argue that its not that its gone...its just that I have gotten really good at controlling it...but the thing is..there is nothing left to control...thus..it isn't there. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for another...err...mental disablement that I possess. No..that one...that one is permanent..I can control it...but it will never go away. An unfortunate...and downright depressing thought. I try not to think about it to much.

Not that I have any right to complain. Someone somewhere has it rougher. We are hard on money so I go without my medicine. The only problem I have trouble sometimes writing things in a proper order. *shrugs* So what's the other mental problem? Or is it to private?
