Tsutae didn't bother trying to be intimidating with this line of questioning. Somehow, the fact that she had just shared her very mind with this boy gave her the feeling that such posturing, the bluster that she had taught herself for the purpose of dealing with people who might be enemies, would be meaningless.

Two shadows appeared at the opening of the ramen bar, both of whom had their complete appearance covered by a dark robe that seemed to be perfectly black. A rare find indeed in a world blowing dust and dirt all over the place. There was a faint chakra signal coming from both of them but it was only at the level of civilians. The two paused as the figures under the darkened hoods saw the two girls before heading to two stools as far from them as possible. One of the two leaned into the other whispering something inaudible to the two girls, unless they were trained with a few sound techniques which went along the lines of, "It's those two... Should I just go ahead and give them a welcoming that they will never seen coming?" The other hooded figure merely lifted it's hand which was covered by the robe in a gesture that indicated that the man should do no such thing. There was a small chuckle from the kill-happy figure as he leaned back into his seat and took their orders. Plain Ramen with some green onions. As soon as they were given their foods, the two merely sat there, looking at it as if it was poisoned. Or so it would seem to anyone watching them.

The figure that looked like the leader of the two turned his hood a bit towards Matsuri as she started out the rather obvious statement before turning his head towards the food placed in front of him. He finally muttered to his partner, "Why do you always insist on ordering food when you know perfectly well that we do not exactly eat anything anymore?" The other figure gave an devilish laugh that should have been recognizable to the two ladies next to them before responding, "That does not stop me from eating babies now does it? Maybe I should have ordered a fetus as to be part of this meal." The man grabbed the bowl by the rim before throwing it and his partner's bowls into the air and then letting them shatter on the ground behind them. All the while, soup rained from above, more than likely getting some on the two ladies right next to them. It was as if the man was provoking a fight.

Richard looked towards Ryuko under the hooded cloak, the clothing sparkling in the light from the soup droplets rolling off its slick fabric. In a rasp, dark voice, the man jumped backwards off the stool, causing it to fall as his partner Bone stayed in his seat, not really caring what the hell is going on. So long as the jack a** does not try to kill her like he always kept talking about, he did not mind. Richard stood there, hands outstretched to the side and pointing down towards the ground as the sleeves completely covered his arms and hands. The hood covered his face as two yellow glowing dots could be seen in the darkness with two green lines glowing over his left eye. Still, the chakra did not fluctuate from Richard since he wanted to have fun with them before their identity was finally revealed. Maybe he might even get to kill her... Nah... That time will come but not yet. Probably just a bit disfigured. "If you think you both can take me, then sure little missy's," said the man with a dark laugh.

Richard gave a small laugh at Ryuko from her comment and even harder at Matsuri. How little they knew of the hell that could be brought about just now. But he decided that he would talk towards Ryuko first. "Well, if you ever go and dismember any children, I would be happy to eat the left overs... Actually, why not just cut up your little friend there. She looks tasty enough to serve as my lunch," said Richard as he turned his hood towards Matsuri and continued with, "Well, it is more or less being stuck in a dark room with nothing to do. It is enough to blow the brains out of my skull and then do it all over again." With that, a gust of wind would go straight towards the smaller of the two in an attempt to send her flying into a building or whatever the hell it was behind her.

Bone continued to sit there, observing with a sand eye created high above the area, just making sure that Richard would not kill them at all.

Richard watched as Masturi blocked the gust of wind with some black iron sand. Of course, he could attempt to control it over her own skills, but that would probably give it away that Bone was with him as well. He also could not use the most deadly skill he had for Ryuko who was running at him but the best he could do for his clan' abilities was probably more or less dissolving into a freakin' swarm of locust. Quickly the sleeves of his robe came together just as she was about to reach him and he suddenly broke into many locust flying all around her in an attempt to avoid getting killed from her nails... If that was her more deadly features. Quickly the locust would reassemble behind her just as she would stumble past him and he would bring a sleeve up to the opening of the hood before blowing using the Flying Nail Mist Pierce technique learned from Hidden Leaf buy a man who enjoyed fighting with metallic nails. "Just get pinned to a wall why don't you," said Richard in a raspy dark voice.

Richard never really had a chance to avoid the gust of wind or get a hand seal in to block the attack due to how close the opponent was to him so his clothing started to tear in a multitude of places. This would have been especially worse if he had tried to go back into the Creeping Doom technique since for each locust lost, he'd lose a bit of himself. But as soon as the technique passed through him, he snapped his fingers, causing the clothing to mend itself since it was actually a rather thin layer of Satetsu... What a shock... Richard could not care less on whether or not it hit Bone. The man was made out of metal for their sake! Richard quickly made a string of hand seals through the sleeves that seemed like a blur before a dragon made of water shot from the kitchen area, causing some people to freak out back there which headed straight for Matsuri.

Bone sat there watching the fight with the sand eye but then turned his head to the side to see a wind technique come after him. Sighing a robotic sigh, he used Shichuurou no Mi to create a half dome of wood to block the wind from touching him. After the technique passed his general area, the wooden beams sank back into the ground as he just continued to sit there, wondering when to stop someone.
