ok, time to rant.
Im pissed at the delay? What happened to the Dec 3rd release? Make us wait 3 months then push it farther back? Wtf?!? They better give us something good for the delay. I want something new and original and unprecedented! Im going to buy the Japan game. I got money, I can buy both. Thats why language settings are included, even if not i dont care. Hardcore gamers get the first released one and dont care! Ugh... ranted out for now...
On the happy optimistic side, It has to be something good.

~Xiloscent~ I was thinking of a good pikmin stage... and it came to me! Emperor Bulblax's final area! from the first pikmin. he could be wabdering around in the background, chasing other pikmin of course, but every now and then the pikmin will run through the fight area... now attention is on the fighters! twisted i was close, this was back on page 995. only i got the area and attacking creature wrond, but the rest was sooooo right. i'm partially Psychic!

Australia is also under PAL like the UK and the rest of Europe.
When it comes to Video game release dates PAL is it's own special version of hell.

THE MAP OF PAL
PAL, short for Phase Alternating Line, is a colour encoding system used in broadcast television systems in large parts of the world. Other common analog television systems are SECAM and NTSC.
In the 1950s, when the Western European countries were planning to establish colour television, they were faced with the problem that the already existing American NTSC standard wouldn't fit the 50 Hz AC frequency of the European power grids. In addition to that NTSC demonstrated several weaknesses, including colour tone shifting under less-than-ideal transmission conditions. For these reasons the development of the SECAM and PAL standards began. The goal was to provide a colour TV standard with a picture frequency of 50 fields per second (50 Hertz), and sporting a better colour picture than NTSC.
Pretty much it's the TV's we use.
It's not compatible with yours so the games have to be reformatted to work with it.
English games on English consoles plugged into American TVs come out Black and white and weird and wonderful things happen the other way around.
