Mecha arms are seriously fun. xD
Rakutsu had one just like Edward Elric did, but they put Skin graphs over it so you wouldn't be able to tell. XD
It had super strength.
YOU CAN EVEN USE CHAKRA WITH IT! 8D
So none of her jutsu was ******** over.
The only drawback was if she talked about it, there was a seal on it that could make her arm explode...and possibly her body with it.
xD She spent most of her time bullying Keichii with it.

xD She spent most of her time bullying Keichii with it.
There were two seals.
One on her tongue so if she ever TRIED to talk about it it tongue would tear to shreds on spot and if she tried to give info on it away by other means or if someone else tried to study it for info, the arm would explode before they could. 3nodding
And the only place it's availible is in Mist >3
...They still haven't tested how big the 'splosion is so it may or may not be big enough to 'splode the rest of your body along with it ^^;

Keichii: AN' NOBODY BELIEVED ME! Seriously! Y'get knocked up-side the head with a metal prosthetic an' er'y'un's all yuckin' it up o'er yer head trauma, but then ya put one measly shock-collar on yer sister an' it's all "OOOOH, THA'S INHUMAAANEEEE~~!!"

haha i dunno if i want Yukai to even get a replacment arm or not, it would be fun freaking people out with her stump mrgreen
anyway Yukai is gonna go through a costume change soon, to hide her stumpyness x3

Well the way I see it, her body would naturally try to adjust to having only one arm, so I imagine that the chakra in the body will try and compensate too, meaning that she would be able to use one handed jutsu's as the body makes up for the loss of the arm.
However...
She will have to relearn ALL of her jutsu's that require hand signs and put the appropriate amount of 'Experience points' into it (1000 or 750 with the right teacher!) so that might be the draw back.

Hey Yukai, you would so be my hero if your character stuffed her own arm and used it as a primary weapon.
"Secret Art: Spare arm jutsu!"
Edit: You could make it a 4 in 1 weapon:
Press on part of the wrist and it could become a pair really morbid nunchucks.
Press another part of the wrist and it could become a boomerange (It could be your 'throwing' arm. rofl ninja ))
c**k the thumb back and pull the index finger and it could launch throwing stars or Kuni
And finally... you could just run up to it and beat the person senseless with it like a club. 83

shame, she left her arm in the forest when Seo flung her over his shoulder xd
