Nope, they say now Pluto isn't classified as a planet.
Instead, their debating wether or not the newly discovered body known as "Xena" will be inducted into our system.

And here are two of the main reasons as to why they have declassified it.
1) It is smaller than our moon. It is pretty much just as big as it, if not smaller, and its moon is almost as big as it is.
2) Its orbit is pretty wunky. It is not the same type of orbit as the other planets have; it is more eliptical. Once in awhile, its orbit will cause the order of planets to change for a period of time; changing it from Uranus, Neptune, Pluto to Uranus, Pluto, Neptune.
Because of its small size, they just consider it some space junk that got caught in the gravitational pull of the sun, causing it to orbit around the star.

Zena is bigger than Pluto but further away. Neither Pluto nor Zena is considered a planet however cause like you said, there so small. But they're the biggest planetoids found that far out (so far). They sent a probe out to photograph Pluto just recently. It wont get they until like 2015 though.
And for the record "missy-missy" yes Tolly voted for Rekkaruu... though I have no idea how Rekkaruu being able to fly would help out Rain. confused
And as for your reason for getting flight Kayako....
Tolly doesn't like you anymore cause you shut down his drinking spree. Bad bad Kayako. No fly for you rofl dramallama (joking)
I had fun last night. Though it was all pretty random.
