I got behind on everything apparently! I hope everyone here had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!! I will try to visit once a week, but until work in RL slows down I won't be on here as much as before."

Princess!!! *glomps Princess* Don't worry, we (by which I mean about 4 of us) managed to hold up the fort in your absence. Glad to have you back, even if you're only able to visit us every now and then. Most of the Ravenclaws seem to have disappeared, though a couple have popped up again briefly within the last month or so (only to disappear again...).
My class ended up doing ok, though I'm not sure when classes are going to start again, and I'm getting a bit worried about whether I need to be preparing. I would like to teach Astronomy again this/next term, and it should be easier this time around. I know what to expect, and have one set of lessons and HW written. As far as classes that I took, those went fairly well. I only took three, but one of them kind of stopped after a couple lessons. All in all, last term went well for me. How about you?

((So, I thought I would leave a note for you all as well. (The other being on the student message board) My life has gotten very stressful very quickly since the end of December and I am taking a break to reorganize and evaluate how I spend my time. I may not be back for good, though I will post my intentions once I figure them out. Sorry, girls and hope you all have fun!))

[[Well hello again. Yes, Carrigan is still the only male Ravenclaw (I think), unless you count VoluptuousJon, but he graduated and hasn't been seen in a while. The common room is kind of dead, as you can see, and has been for a while. There haven't been many Ravenclaws in other threads either.]]

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY (or Singles Awareness Day) EVERYONE!
Lyra looks around the common room and realizes that there was no point in yelling because there isn't anybody here. She sticks a note on the table to let whoever might appear know that she's gone to the Ballroom/Valentines Day Bash, and leaves.
[[I just realized that the first letters of Singles Awareness Day spell SAD. Heh.]]

((Oh, man, guys. It certainly has been a loooooooooooooong time. So long, in fact, that I haven't posted in over a month. Close to two. And now I'm looking through the posts, and Lyra definitely is 18... no 19 hours ahead of the central time zone. Which is crazy business. And I miss you guys! I can't believe I've been gone so long!!!!! How is everyone???))

Hello again. I'm quite well. It's a little bit dead in here though. Whenever I post, I feel like I'm just talking to myself. Heh. sweatdrop Some people pop up briefly now and then, but then disappear once more. Do you plan on staying for a little while or are you just checking in briefly?
I never really bothered to figure out exactly how many hours ahead I am.
Ok, just looked it up. I'm 21 hours ahead of the US west coast, which means 19 hours ahead of central.

(( I'm SOO sorry I haven't been around a lot lately, you guys. I haven't forgotten about the guild, which I'm quite shocked, actually. *But I did ALMOST forget! As much as I say "I'll stay active," I always end up just leaving for about a month. xP So NOW, I actually promise to stay active around the guild, m'kay? ;D ))

Sam places her bags at her feet and look around the empty common room. A girl I had seen around was lying on the sofa reading. Other than that, the room was scarce, with the eyes of the founder looking almost gravely out the windows. "Hello. I'm new here. I was just sorted." I said undecidability to see if any one would answer, forgetting the girl lying on the couch. [[I've heard how this place is quiet, but wow!]]
