Also, I figured since there is a clan with the Vampire Eye in Hidden Blood then a Vampire could be created.
As for the scenerio I get what you mean. Say if a ninja performs a genjutsu that causes a saw to come and attempt to kill them the saw will only go after the weak and then the jutsu will disperse... Pitty. I wanted it to effect everyone all at once. *shrugs*
