((Referring to Willow's sig: What if I don't want salvation? xd )) Keegan shrugged, and gave a little wave to Rosemary. It seemed the baby Chikorita had already captured his heart. Helios gave a wide yawn, looking rather bored. Keegan had to agree with him. "I wish they'd decide something already," he groaned. "Girls and their phone calls, I swear."

"Nope," Kasiya said, grinning broadly even though Nina couldn't see it. It was then she realized that Nina didn't know she'd evolved. We'll surprise her, she thought with a giggle. "That was my baby Chikorita," she said proudly. "She just hatched out of an egg five minutes ago. She was given to me as a gift from Erika, the Celadon gym leader. We've been friends for like, ever," she added, smiling at the fond memories.

"Aw!" Nina said, "you're so lucky! I've never been able to find one of those!" She giggled a little bit when she heard the Chikorita make another noise, but also heard another voice in the background. "Was that Keegan?" she asked. "Could you tell him I'm sorry that I abandoned him back in the Goldenrod Department Store?" Her cheeks turned a little red and she chuckled sheepishly.

"I think I am lucky," Kasiya said happily. "She's the most adorable thing, oh and yeah, he's here," Kasiya said, adjusting Rosemary on her head as she started to slip a bit from all that moving around. "He's already forgiven you, so it's all good." She gave him a sweet smile and winked.

((I love your whole little Rocket sceme thing you guys! I just smile everytime I read it. Though that could have something to do with Giovanni being in it as well! Oh well! Its still fun to read!))
Dante frowned slightly at the two pokemon out there and uncliped a pokeball from around his waste and tossed it out to reveal Shiva who barked happily a few times ready for battle. "Ok Meowth you go out there to all right? If you win I promise to let you eat my half of my moms cooking all right?" He asked the cat pokemon.
"You have some of your moms food in your pack and you didn't tell me?!" Meowth cried out horrified but jumped out onto the field. "All right I will do this but you owe me!" In response Dante just rolled his eyes. It looked like to get anything out of Meowth he had to bribe him.

"What about me?" Keegan asked, but forgot the question when Kasiya smiled and winked at him. He stroked Helios, and stared off into space, every few seconds glancing back over at her. The Vulpix shook his head, wondering how hopeless one human could be.

"I think I may already know the answer to this," Nina began, "but... uhm... is there any chance that Keegan may want to help too? That way, we'd have eight people and two locations to visit, so there'd be an even number of people visiting each location..." Nina didn't realize how pushy and rude she got when it came to her friends' well-being.

Mike let out a soft exhale from his nose, turning to leave the Gym. An overcast sky arose from the horizon as the sliding door slid shut. An uncaring gaze left him directed at the gloomy sky. "Not looking too good eh?" He crossed his arms, leaning against a nearby lightpost.
Felsic squirmed, obviously not welcoming the oncoming strom.
Mike raised a Pokeball and recalled Nitro. "Mind the flame tail bud."

"I'm not sure, I'll ask him," Kasiya said, turning back to Keegan. She was a bit unsure, after all he'd not been all to keen on joining the last operation against Team Rocket. "Nina wants to know if you'd want to help us out on this mission?" she asked. "We'll understand if you say no," she added. "It won't exactly be the safest thing we've done this week."

"What would you want me for?" Keegan asked, a bit surprised. "I wouldn't be much help." He felt a bit embarrassed as he spoke, but he also didn't want to risk his Pokemon's safety. "Actually, I was thinking of heading back home soon. Get some training in, visit my parents, you know." He silently hoped she wouldn't be disappointed.

"Oh, that's okay," Kasiya said. "I understand. And besides, nobody's forcing you to come along. Keegan won't be joining us," Kasiya said to Nina with a nod. "But that's okay. I don't want any more of my friends putting themselves at risk than necessary," she said, nodding at Keegan. "You guys said you were at Saffron Gym? I can be there in no time," she added, looking up at the sky. "Looks like there's going to be a storm, I'd want to get there as soon as possible," she said. "I'll see you guys in a bit." She hung up the phone, and stood there, looking at it. "Hey Keegan, I want to register you in my PokeNav before I go. Who knows, you might be able to help after all." She looked down at the device and began to add an entry.

"I was about to ask you the same thing," Keegan smiled, and pulled out his own PokeNav. "I'm thinking about getting one of those PokeDex things you carry around as well," he said, also adding a new entry. Wow, he thought. My first friend entry. He chuckled lightly to himself as he finished. "So you'll be going soon?"

"Alright, I understand," Nina said. "And yeah, we're at the gym-- we're in a sort of hidden room right now, but we'll go into the main arena; you can get to the arena by just walking in the front doors." Nina hung up, and put her Pokenav away. Turning back to the group, she looked around for a second. "Where'd Mike go?" she asked.
"He turned and left the building a minute ago," Sabrina answered. "I doubt he's gone far, maybe just outside or something."
"Yeah, but... without saying anything?" Nina asked, with concern present in her voice. She turned and left the room, walking through the room with the teleportation pads, and exiting to the outside. She looked up to see a sky that didn't bode well, and she noticed Mike near a lamppost. "Mike!" she called, approaching him.

"Yeah, I should meet them soon, finalize our plans," Kasiya said, tucking away her suddenly grabbed Keegan's PokeNav from his hands. "I'm going to register everyone for you that way if you can't reach me, you can reach one of them," she said, quickly adding Nina, Sabrina, Ryka, Jaeshan, Mike, and Mitsu to the registry. "There you go," she said, handing it back to him. "I promise I'll call you the moment things get out of hand. Or, that is if they do get out of hand," she giggled, realizing chances were probably high that they'd need some sort of back up.

"Hey, thanks," Keegan said, looking at the list of names. "I didn't get to know most of them very well, but they all seem like great people. And that Mike guy's from the same town I am," he added. "Maybe I'll just bike over to Saffron while you fly, and stick around there," he said. He put his PokeNav away, and stepped up to her. "Now I know I probably don't have to tell you this, but please be careful." He reached out and pulled her into a firm yet gentle hug. "I don't want anything bad to happen to you," he said, closing his eyes. "You're the first real friend I've made on this journey, and I want to keep you."
