KFactor! One word: Psychobabble. whee
Umm I like nice guys so whatever. .-.
"Oh noes, she did me wrong. 3" crying
I'm always too nice, I guess. I'm still friends with a spineless boyfriend I had, so~ rolleyes No rule is universal. My explaination was only in application to those in the scenario. It's a question of probability. No one theory will ever encompass all aspects of a momentary status. There are infinite ways to get to a point... most people, however, just take the same paths they see everyone else taking.

What you said just seemed like overall generalization. .-.
Why do you think that is? That is, why do you think they take the same paths? .-.

Why do you think that is? That is, why do you think they take the same paths? .-.People are pattern based. The majority of the population derives it's behaviors from short term results they see other people having, peer personality transfer or authoratative projection. There's also usually an innate fear of self knowledge. People are more interested in blotting out the aspects of themselves they may not like through chemical suppression, focusing on the one area where they are successful or seeking approval from others. there's also a margin of people who will specifically surround themselves with others who are further along in life age or experience wise but whose lives are in a greater state of dicord than thier own. This is to make themselves feel that they aren't as bad as others. Media has supported this through "reality" TV and shows like Jackass. As a result the lack of self awareness leads them to have to follow the lead of someone else as thier own compass isn't relied upon. .... I'm rambling again. The important thing to note is best described in this quote - "The dirtiest secret about detective work is that profiling works." - Penn Jillette

I just wanted to see why you said that anyway~ But yeah, it's the people you hang out with, media, the way you were raised, etc..
My professor today said, "It's scary, the people you hang out with affect so many things in your life. You might even become like them. Then what?"
I think that about sums it up too..

first day o' training@work; man: "do you have the expensive watches that were once here?" - not sold in the store fay-gala, only cheap watches. gtfo > surprised [that's not exactly how he asked, but he asked about watches which were out before for like $14, then they went on clearance for mebe $4-$5. most expensive items the store carries are large snowglobes and sometimes framed artwork]
woman: "this lunchpail is on clearance but this backpack with the same character isnt. dont you think thats weird?" - not at all. ********. @_@;
couple with their kid: "do you have this costume in 4 through 10?" - they didn't bother to give a specific size so i could call another store to see if they could hold it there - since the couple asked, so i had to go back & ask for a size. they said between 6-8, which is medium, which is what we had along with the other sizes. they didnt purchase it at our store but instead had us call another mall to hold the same costume.
first day on the job and already i felt like being a smartass to those customers. D: OVERALL, ASIDE FROM THE BORING MOVIES, TRAINING DAY@THEDISNEYSTORE WAS NEAT. i always knew people were stupid but today i was a little surprised over it. XBB

Oh my gawsh.
I seriously am in love with acting and being on stage and all that and I am SO excited that I'm in a musical, but...
I can't dance worth s**t.
Even with the choreographer working with us.
Its so frustrating.
Although it is just the first day, and it is hip hop dance we're learning.
But seriously. I wish I would have taken some dance lessons beforehand.
sad
EDIT: Oh, and extreme annoyed face at people who used to be my best friend that call me a whore and lie compulsively and make everything seem like my fault..

sad You don't need dance lessons... I didn't get the steps down to this dance we did until like the second day and that was after a lot of practice too...
You'll get used to it. 3nodding
I love acting and all but I'm getting preeeeetty tired of the same people getting lead roles. .-.
Wtf calls you a whore?

Wtf calls you a whore? Well, I was thinking that if I had dance lessons I could move more smoothely. But maybe all I need is lots of practice like you say.
The leads cast in the play I'm in were rather questionable... and one was the teacher's daughter who... isn't that great at acting. (just in my opinion, though... well... and lots of people's...) But whatever! I guess you can't always win.
Well... I've gone to school with her since grade 6 and I moved away this year and yea. She's mean. confused

Trust me. It's not so bad once you get the hang of it. xp
Yeah...the person who was Aida...couldn't really sing, her voice was too soft and everything. I was only a chorus member... .-.
I like the secondary characters better half the time because they push themselves to be recognized more and it shows..
Oh, what a b***h.. rolleyes
