Asher had already been sure of what was to happen as soon as he saw Elsa and Rin. His mind was thrown into yet another conflict that there was no time to think over. It was probably better to let the police come than to face additional charges for trying to escape and possibly causing the organization to lose credibility with the government, but Leo would most definitely be heartbroken. With these in mind, should he run or stay where he is?Chase appeared at the door, having seen the news and seeking to ask the brothers if they knew. He then saw Rin and Elsa and immediately knew the situation was bad. "I'm guessing you all heard the news. Well, what are you waiting for?! Let's get outta here!"

Leo's heart started to race, what was going to happen to them? He trusted the girls to some extent but was that enough? "Ash we should go, maybe the organization can help!" Leo said in hopes of convincing Ash to protect himself once again. Elsa looked toward Ash and saw the concern on his face. "There's no time! They're on their way right now, we heard them on the police scanner and we literally ran here from the agency!" Elsa exclaimed."Elsa runs fast...too fast for Rin." Rin said, almost in a whisper. Elsa paid Rin no attention and grabbed Asher's arm, seeing as he was having trouble using his legs. "Move your a**! The movers will pack everything away, including your beds! If the police ask them any questions they will just say you were evicted and that they don't know where you're at!" Elsa explained in a rush as she escorted Ash to the car she knew to be the neighbors.

"Wait a second! There's no need to risk getting in trouble because of me!" Asher protested though he found himself unable to do anything except follow everyone to the neighbors' car. "I don't need to end up being charged with evading arrest, anyways!""We're not letting a good man go to jail, so no arguments!" Chase retorted, hurriedly opening his car door. The others were already there, waiting for the brothers so they could all leave.

Everything was happening so fast, he wasn't even sure where they were taking Ash at first but then Rin came to his side and escorted him to the car as well. Leo sat in the back seat with Ash, still nervous about everything but it appeared he had no choice but to trust the girls.Elsa practically shoved Ash into the car. "Don't worry, Daniel will explain everything." she said as she shut the car door and turned toward Chase. "Get him to the agency, I know you know where it is. Hurry back. You and your...um....family...I guess....can stay in the apartment when the police arrive. They don't know you're involved with them so just play dumb. Tell them that you guys keep to yourselves, etc." she said in a bit of a rush as the movers began their job and started to place things in the truck. Rin wished Leo a safe trip as she got him into the car as well before joining her sister's side. "We need to stay with you.....Police men are coming....if anything happens....we can help." Rin said as she stared at the ground, though she looked up briefly to meet chase's eyes but immediately blushed, lowered her gaze to the ground, and practically whispered the last of her sentence.

With a nod, Chase started the car and was ready to go. He could practically hear the sirens coming in. Seeing as it looked like Rin and Elsa were staying behind, he figured he should ask a few favors. "I'll trust you to take care of things while we're away, then," he said as he began moving out of the garage. He had gone to the streets just in time before the police cars had just arrived.

Rin and Elsa didn't have much time to run to Chase's apartment before the police arrive. Elsa glared at the black and white cars and cursed under her breath. Elsa looked at Rin who appeared nervous with the sound of wailing sirens and took her sister's hand. "Act normal. If you act nervous they'll be onto us for sure!" she whispered to Rin but it didn't help much.Leo bounced his knee up and down impatiently. He was sick and tired of being rushed from one place to another. It seemed He and Ash couldn't catch a break, couldn't stay in one spot for more than a few hours at a time without one of them getting into trouble.

Chase continued to drive to the alleyway he recognized, parking the car some distance away so the location of the shabby house couldn't be easily found. He then gave the brothers some hats to serve as partial disguise. "Now, just act normal. I'm sure we'll be safe once we reach the house," he said as he exited the car.

Leo took the hat and put it on but he didn't feel very disguised. He would just have to trust Chase for now. As soon as Leo got out of the car he immediately went to Ash's side and took his arm, unsure of where they were and needing a guide. Scared and unsure of what was going to happen, Leo had no choice but to place all of his trust into the organization now. Even he was skeptical that they could help them, despite what he told Asher.

Chase led them to the organization headquarters, once again a shabby house at the end of an alleyway. It was a wonder why no one wanted to investigate this place, but the organization must have been doing something right. Nervously looking back to make sure no one followed, he opened the door once he reached it and stepped inside with the brothers. In the waiting room, instead of seeing Old Damican, he saw a black-haired, black-eyed boy who resembled Asher a bit, but could easily be Leo's age."It's about time you showed up! I was worried I might have to bust you outta jail or something," said Raki when the expected guests finally arrived. "Grandpa's not here right now, so I'll be your host for the evening. Or at least until the police suspect us."

Leo gave a little grimace at the sound of Raki's voice and tightened his grip on Asher's arm a little. Nobody was going to take Ash away from him. Leo remained silent, unsure of what to say at the moment.Elsa and Rin arrived just seconds later, appearing out of breath again. "Don't worry, the cops won't be coming here anytime soon. We sent them in a different direction but it's only a matter of time before they suspect us." Elsa said a bit breathlessly. "We took hidden paths to get here, they didn't follow us.""Elsa!.....Too....fast!" Rin panted as her cheeks became pink from her blood returning to her face. "W-Where's Daniel?"

"He was called to some meeting with the mayor," Raki answered almost nonchalantly. "I think they're going to ask us to look for Asher, but I think Grandpa is trying to get the charges dropped. However, we'll need the whole story." He turned to the fugitive, who seemed very uncomfortable with being here. "So, what happened? It would be murder if you planned to kill the guy in the first place, but manslaughter if, say, it was in a heat of passion. Depending on your motive, you might be able to get off with justifiable homicide."

Leo glared at Raki something fierce. "We didn't plan to kill anyone!! We planned on finding the girl he held captive. The guy had a knife at my throat, if Ash hadn't have beaten him I would have died!" he yelled defensively, not liking at all what Raki was implying. "If anything Ash should get a medal of honors or something for saving two lives at once!"

Raki scoffed at Leo's naiveté. "Medals of honor aren't rewarded for something like that," he said, crossing his arms. "Besides, the kidnapper's wounds were everywhere. Clearly, it indicates the killer went nuts. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if only a couple of whacks were administered, just enough to knock the guy out, but not enough to kill him." As much as he would have liked to go and say that he as well believed the police shouldn't be targeting Asher, the law had been pretty clear when it came to death. "I suppose, in your case, this could be a mix of voluntary manslaughter and justifiable homicide."Asher couldn't find the voice to speak in defense of himself. He didn't have anything to support a counterargument and he highly doubted Leo's yelling was helping anything. Besides that, it seemed Raki was already stating stuff he knew about how this case would be classified. There wasn't really a way out of it.

Leo's cheeks grew red with anger. He couldn't believe his ears, this was Raki's blood brother he was talking about! Leo walked forward with his hands stretched outward to find where Raki was before he smacked the boy across the face. "Don't you EVER say things like that again!!! You're talking about the only blood brother you have, and you're just gonna hand him over to the police that easily!? Stupid! You don't deserve someone as nice as Ash for a biological brother!!" he screeched as loud as he possibly could.Elsa was prepared for Leo to take such outrages actions upon Raki, given what Raki had just said. She lunged forward and took Leo's arms in a lock to keep him from hurting Raki more but the boy certainly put up a fight. "This is no way to settle an argument Leo, let it go!!"

"Who said anything about turning him in?! I was only stating facts!" Raki shouted back, holding his injured cheek. "Believe me, if I wanted to give him up, I would have had the police come here and wait for you!" He was tempted to return the smack, but this was not a time to act like a child.Asher had gotten over his rather stone-like state when Leo slapped Raki, but now he couldn't decide whether he should tend to his blood brother or try to get his adoptive brother to calm down. He opted for the latter. "Leo, it's fine. He was only telling the truth."
