It was enough that by all rights he should probably be in the hospital and/or Rehab for a year... and probably discharged from the Marines. But since that's NO FUN I'll probably handwave some superscience healing into him so he's up and about in 2 weeks, and fully functional and back in duty in a month.
Hmm, 2 weeks would be just about now. wink

We were talking about two different characters.
Daniel is a bounty hunter, merc, and general "-for Hire" type guy. But he wouldn't stay at a hospital. After all, it's not like he gets Insurance from his company. And those doctors are worse criminals than him, with the rates they charge!
No, he'll probably go off to one of his safehouses and have Teh Owle go and patch him back together.
Also, all GNG people, go ahead and check out "Plan Black" in my sig. It's an event, like the one Miss Ai Leen and Lady Knightstar took part in. Plus the storyline sorta fits with GNGers, or at least thier mission of "Defend Gaia".

ow ok, sorry i did mix them up.
yay ai leen is back, and i was just about to go to bed too lol. i'll stay to see what happens.
edit: i'm haveing a hard time seeing so i think i'll just climb into bed. sleepyness is makeing vision blurry.

I feel bad for asking her to point out which enemy concentration she was firing at? The Forest based units, which you probably don't have a lock on? Or the ones inside the power plant.
I mean, you could strafe the forest and just try to nuke the whole thing.
Or try to level the plant, or put some payload between the doors.
Just need to know before I post the response.
I wonder how many people know the term "Metal Storm" in here. Mister Decker, myself, maybe Talon. ninja

Most probably the forest based units. I was under the impression for some reason that there were units still between the forest and the reactor. sweatdrop

Metal Storm is actually a defensive weapon that's in development. Used for something like Anti-Air and Anti-Missile. What it does is fire basically "Pallets" of small metal fragments which cover a large area. Since Metal Storm is magnetically propelled, rather than using chemical reactions, and because there is no "Shell" or Casing to be discarded there actually is supposed to be no chance of jamming.
Not that I'm going to use that here. But the term "Wall of metal" is going to be applicable.
