"Honestly.. I'm not sure..." Tansy shook her head. "I woke up strapped to a hospital bed and Ako was there. He tried to help me, but... something happened, and all I remember was waking up here in a straight jacket." She shuddered somewhat at the thought and squeezed Ako's hand again. She let out a deep breath and tried to relax. "All I know was I was in a dark place... It was like when I.... died...." She frowned somewhat, and started to gently rock. "All I could see was darkness all around me, and voice speaking to me..." Her face became twisted as it was obvious she was trying not to cry. Her rocking became slightly harsher as she pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped her free arm around them. Her grip on Ako's hand was tight and unforgiving. "One mówią JA jestem Śmierć." Her voice was a soft whisper, her eyes wide with fear and anxiety.

Trinity's thoughts were interrupted when she heard Tansy speaking in an unknown language. She quirked and eyebrow then ask, "That language you spoke right now. What language is that?"

Tansy paused as she looked up at Trinity. "It's Polish.. my native language." She peered over at the girl, her chin resting on her knees, her rocking slightly less then before. "I only learn English after I came to America...." her grip on Ako's hand loosened as well as her breathing seemed to regulate itself.

"Polish you say? My dad has been to Poland. He does archeological digs. Have you traveled anywhere else?"
Trinity couldn't help but get a little excited about world travel, she's read and heard of far off places but would like to see for herself.

Ako listened quietly as Tansy spoke, not saying a word as she squeezed his hand. He didn't have many details to add, save for the ominous meaning behind the bandages on his arms. These details paled in comparison to what Tansy had, so he simply stayed quiet

Tansy shook her head. "I left Poland and came here, where I tried my best to make a life for my sister and myself. I worked and I sent her to school, and I tried to make it when I could. It wasn't easy, but we were happy....." She frowned somewhat as she looked down at her knees.

Trinity saw the conversation saddened the girl. Instead of continuing it further she kept silent until a better topic arised. Then a question occured to her, "Did you ever find out who caused the fire a while back? The one where you saved all those people from?"

Gidget brightens up at the mention of the fire. While she had been working on her suit a thought had occurred to her. Leviathan had made his appearance after the fire. It wouldn't be too far out to think that he was the one behind it. After pulling some surveillance footage she had her answer.
"It was that Leviathan Cortez jerk. I checked out some footage from cameras placed around the block, and he was the only one to walk out of that building like nothing was wrong. And as we've seen, he has been on a rampage since then."

Trinity nodded as Gidget answered her question. Also felt even more foolish now to have tried to trust him. Why didn't she know that he was bad? By looking at the two he seemed to be the more intimidating one considering his size and the way he looked. Yet she still chose him over the reporter, who although she didn't like it she was still doing her job.
"I guess it was around then I ran into him."

Tansy paused for a moment and looked at the young girl and the woman. She was confused on who they were talking about, but she didn't really thinking about asking. She looked to Ako and then smiled and looked away. She felt calmer when he was around her, likeher helped to keep her grounded. She sighed softly and rubbed her temple with her free hand.

Gidget looks over to Ako and Tansy. Something clicks in her mind. She feels a lump in her throat, and her face becomes hot. Something about seeing Ako and Tansy so close to each other made her unhappy. Is it jealousy? She believes it is. Gidget's pubescent mind can't fathom the notion that Ako considers her too young. That he would be attracted to someone closer to his age. Someone so beautiful, an angel made flesh.
She bites her bottom lip and hops over to them, forcing a smile. "So hey, howabout I show you guys around the place? I could show you my latest inventions!"

Ako was sitting with his eyes closed, trying to rest as well as trying to remember what had happened. The only outside thing he was aware of was Tansy holding his hand, squeezing it every once in a while. He felt he was giving her strength, but he wondered how well that strength was rooted.
He couldn't stop thinking of the burns on his wrists hidden under bandages. Those little marks that looked as though they were made by the buttons on his jacket's sleeves. He knew he'd scorched the ends of his sleeves when using his power before, but never to that extent. He wondered who or what had been on the receiving end of all of that electricity, and he felt a chill.

Tansy looked back to Ako and noticed he seemed to be... well... out of it. She turned back to Gigdet and smiled brightly. "Of course. We'd love to see what you've been working on sweetie." She titled her head to the side and nudge Ako with her elbow. "Right Ako?" She said softly, trying to bring him back from wherever he was.

Ako's eyes snapped open when Tansy nudged him. He looked to both girls before remembering what had been said. "Hm? Oh, yeah. Let's uh, let's see what you've got, Gidge."

Gidget calms down a bit and smiles at her two friends. She turns toward Trinity and asks, "Howabout you Trinity, you want to come and see the stuff I've been working on?"
