tam chuckles once again and goes into the kitchen, he sets kero on the cabinet and starts scrounging, looking for something to feed them both...
ye like pancakes he asks after a bit... i found some blueberry syrup....

*Kero nods...then moves Tam aside...and proceeds to cook up a whole mess of pancakes and waffles...and when Tam tries them...they're the best he's ever had*

tam chuckles... and ye been choking down my cooking all this time, ye are something else, kiddo... anyone else who cooks as good as ye would have told me to step aside long ago....

oh no ye don't... he warns with a frown.. eggs and bacon are fine and dandy but don't ye go playing with fire just yet... i haven't been given the go ahead to let ye use magic... he sighs and picks up the cat...

now tam is in stitches... sorry, kero... it's not you i'm laughing at... i just realized the oddity of our communication system... but relax... i've not seen ye burn eggs yet... and iffin ye do... i'll help clean it up

by now tam is laughing so hard ye can't determine if indeed he is laughing at you or your thoughts... but then he pulls ye into a big hug, wiping the tears from his cheeks on yer fur... then i'll cook the damn eggs and ye make the pancakes, ok.... and we'll get yer little friend to cook the bacon... how's that? dang i need some coffee... he says abruptly looking about for the pot....
