Ultima, for the expedition to Hueco Mundo, you might want to leave at least one captain and one vice-captain behind to make sure that Soul Society isn't attacked during the Hueco Mundo expedition. Just a suggestion.

right now i need leaders in quincy and vizard, and most of the squads need captains, but i'm slowly letting squads open due to the low members. most crew positions are those, but it's a plus if you wanna help more then that
