Merem let the creature bite his fingers and sat down, "You a little bloodthirty creature or are you just playful?" He said.

Miranda bit his fingers before letting go, she looked at him, wondering what he was doing. Miranda squeeked, wanting to play.

Merem chuckled at her and reached over to the dresser, taking a pointer stick from the drawer. He then lengthened it and traced it on the floor for her to chase.

Miranda looked at the pointer before chasing it, blowing fire at it eagerly. She wanted to get the end of it. She snapped at it ready to get what Merem was using for her to chase.

Merem lifted the stick out of her reach whenever she used fire, hoping to teach her not to use it indoors, "No fire," He said. He wasn't going to stop her from biting him though. It's a legitimate defensive measure that he didn't want to discourage.

Miranda noticed whenever the stick was out of her reach. Miranda stopped using fire. She lunged, aiming to catch the end of the stick.

Miranda bit the end of the stick, her sharp little teeth easily leaving marks in the stick. She looked up at Merem, expecting him to pull it away.

Miranda gnawed on the stick, before letting it go. She looked at Merem, playfully going to hide under the bed.

Merem waved the stick along the side of the bed, wondering if she would try and catch it.

Miranda snuck closer to the stick before Snaping at it. She lunged, trying to catch the stick.
The man finally finished, he had made a small trap for Miranda incase she was let out again, his only hope was that he could make a good enough commotion that would make him come outside with Miranda. He picked up a little contraption, it would easily be hidden in a bush, and the smell was meant to attract her easily. He picked up a pack of matches, deciding that in the commotion of a fire it would be easy to lose a little dragon when people were panicking.

Merem played with Miranda for a while before stopping. It was starting to get late, "Why don't we go to bed huh?" He said.

She looked up at him, Miranda stretched out her wings momentarily before waiting for Merem to do something. She laid on the floor, somewhat comfortable.
The man put everthing in a small bag, he got up, deciding that it was best to hurry, he didnt want Merem to leave town with Miranda before he got to them. He walked out, heading to the hotel.
