Kasai walked toward the lake he hoped that Fauve would find Fauve there. Seeing a partially covered path on his way he investigates hoping to find a sign Fauve, after pushing through some brush he finds an out of the way clearing inside of it a rather nice hotspring - Kasai files this find away for later and continues his search. As he walks he remembers when they had walked down to the lake him a child and her a teen, he hoped that she would let him walk with her once again...Kasai pushed that from his mind first he would need to find her, from where he stood in the forest he heard splashing. Curious Kasai started over to where he heard the noise at, maybe Fauve had gone for a swim.
Kasai stepped into a clearing that faced the lake and his vision turned red. He had found Fauve...and she was with Cern, and to him it appeared as if Cern was naked - if not stripped to the waist and Fauve was in her underwear. Now Kasai tried to wrap his mind around this but all he could feel was anger, Nice...I come to find you to hopefully talk things over and I find you swimming scantily clad with Cern. Kasai's mind voice was calm but as he finished all he could think was...Cern would pay, I will kill you, he said and ran toward Cern.

Cern didn't even get out of the water, just lazily pulled the hammer out. Get a LIFE, Kasai. Moving slowly, he put himself closer to shore. We're just swimming. Want to know why?

Fauve was shocked... the dead tone that Kasai had used was enough to make the tears start again, the accusation in his voice. She turned fully and watched as Kasai launched himself at Cern and as Cern pulled out his hammer.. she put a hand up over where he mouth would be and screamed 'KASAI STOP!' She couldn't turn away.. she was mesmerized, like watching a horrible disaster in the making.

Kasai saw the hammer but he also saw Cern move closer to the shore, getting closer to Cern he grabs of his hair, because you are trying to get with my girl. With that Kasai latchs onto Cerns hair and starts pulling him out of the water bringing his fist around to hit the other masque. Unfortunately Kasai's fist was already on it's way when Fauve screamed.
By the fire Cin furrowed her brow...something was wrong with Kasai.

That HURT. Grimacing, Cern swung the hammer low, aiming with the side of it. Lumbering out of the water, he reached with his free hand to grab Kasai's arm. Knock it off, Kasai. Unless you have your precious blaster on you! The sneer in his voice was heavy. This worm, this idiotic little boy not only upset Fauve, but had the brass to blame her for it. And now he wanted to fight?
As if Cern didn't have enough of his mind.

Fauve's eyes just about popped out of her head when she saw Cern out of the water.. she would have gone slack jawed again had she had a mouth.. she held her breath and couldn't help the giggle that escaped her in her sheer shock.. she brought both hands up over where her mouth would be 'C-.. Cern... Don't hurt him... Kasai... I..' She couldn't quite make a full sentance her eyes still popping out of her head.

The air got knocked out of Kasai as the hammer hit him in the side, a sharp pain shot up his side and as Cern grabbed his arm he was left facing him. Kasai looked down and realized that Cern had been naked, Cern had been naked with Fauve. Oh I don't blame her, I blame you. I mean after all you felt the need to be naked while just swimming with her. Kasai was short of breath his side felt like it was on fire and he was having trouble standing with the damage that had been done, the hand not being held by Cern fell to his side but he wasn't done yet...he didn't like the sneer he had heard in Cern's voice. The pompus a** really thought he wouldn't find it strange that he was naked with Fauve, with that thought he used the only weapon still available, he kneed upward leaning into Cern.

Cern barely moved his leg in time, Kasai's knee hitting hard against his thigh. I was SWIMMING you moron. And I'm almost always naked unless someone forces me to wear clothes!That hurt. Cern dropped the hammer and swung for Kasai's gut. And if you TRUSTED her, you wouldn't care if I was naked, dressed or carrying a duck!

Fauve started trying to claw her way to the shoreline.. this was getting out of hand.. Kasai was getting hurt.. and Cern was... well... nekkid... but right now that was the least of her worries.. 'Cern don't hurt him! Stop it!' She got halfway out of the water reaching for them.. she didn't care if she accidentally got hit or something.. right now she needed to get them apart before someone really got hurt... before something happened to Kasai

As Cern's punch caught him in the stomache Kasai doubled over, from his mask blood spurted from where his mouth would be. Kasai's vision was blurring...I never said I didn't trust her, I said I didn't trust you. With his last bit of strength Kasai clasped his fists together and swung them upward toward Cern's chin. He didn't know if the hit connected but in the next moment he knew he was falling backward.

I don't WANT Fauve, jerk. Cern's breath was jerky. He dropped to his knees, putting a hand to his head. How is that everyone but you...got that? Geeze. Now to see who killed him first, Fauve for him hurting Kasai, or Io for being nude in public. Ugh. He all but crawled back into the water.

Fauve slide in the dirt next to Kasai and dropped to her knees.. pulling Kasai's head up she stroked his face.. grabbing her dress she dabbed at the blood on his mask.. 'Kasai... Kasai please are you alright....' She sounded frantic.. she turned her head to look at Cern.. she looked at him for a minute and she dropped her head.. She rocked Kasai slowly hoping that he wouldn't push her away.. that he wouldn't say something hurtful to her.. she didn't know what just happened.. how this could have been.. Hurting Kasai was the last thing she ever wanted to do.. and dragging Cern into this.. she felt like sobbing but choked it down.. she wouldn't allow herself to wallow in self pity at a time like this...

Kasai blinked and he saw Fauve as he looked up, his masque turned slightly in a grin he decided if he died that is what an angel would look like. I am alright Fauve, but only if you will forgive me. Kasai put his arm around her waist and layed his head against her side just feeling her warmth. His thoughts now where long from the presence of Cern.

Fauve brushes her hands over Kasai's hair.. 'I needed someone to talk to Kasai... I told you that Cern was my friend.. and he is.. he's my best friend.. when I can't go to Ashirha.. I go to him... he's like a brother to me.. don't you understand?' She needed to make him understand.. she had to... she didn't know what she would do if Kasai and Cern hated each other the way they seemed to..
