Why does creating a new RPC always make me sleepy?

I am actually thinking about toying around with Konaga as well...
Whomever wrote and created it deserves some form of a reward...
He kind of got his reward actually. He is the Konaga mod, and decides who gets to be in the clan. And I wouldn't call it a lucky guess, more of a desperate cry for help. Suna has been really unstable lately, and we need good RPers in town to straighten things out.
