Quin's foe goes all about how he negates magic and so I fight him with blade. He holds a katana in a reverse dagger grip while I'm using a thrusting sword. He gets close enough to slash at me which puts him skewered upon my blade. Damn, do people not think?

But that is just stupid.
It's like someone with a broad sword trying to bring it up, then down upon you while yer' one inch away from him, holding a knife. Fails.

The Mad Hatter Mydred So my opponent says he has super-strength, super-speed, and is immune to all forms of psionics, magics, and ki. Correct. You He states that he can deflect bullets with his body. I certainly can when I make that motion. I didn't do it for nothing. Otherwise if I was that invulnerable I would've just stood there and did absolutely nothing. You My character is magic based and obviously taking a sword-to him would have no effect. Taking a sword to me would have a great effect. You see.. the reason why I keep doing all of this is to get you to fight cqc. So pretty much I'm forcing you to.. or else nothing you do will have an effect on me.

The thing about fighting h2h is that I can't tell you how strong you are.. or how fast you are. So if we are fighting h2h.. we are equal. I can't claim physical superiority to you.. it's up to you to decide if you are on equal terms with me.. or if you are below me. You're getting overwhelmed by the concept.. and missing the idea.

You're lucky. Three more days before I get a win and advance to the next round with a another bye. I like the fact that I am getting closer to the finals, but the fact that I am getting there just by DQ's is kind of degrading. But, I can manage it, for the later rounds will contain all of those dedicated to this tournament. Of course, people have their reasons for not being present, which is yet another sad thing. But, alll I can do is ride with it for the time being. I just hope the next round is more exciting for me.

I'm sure the person fighting Gammu is now without an arm. Based upon the numbers he provided I worked out the amount of recoil he'd be facing.
