Chris Powell Out of your jurisdiction. Keep your questions to yourself. My jurisdiction ends at my line of sight, and I see through satellites. Call me when you're done playing cowboy, Powell, because there are mechanisms in place for dealing with problems such as yours for our registered heroes.
