The man laughed wickedly when it hit him, he didnt feel any pain..He wobbled a little though and grinned wickedly.( Tidus does it in FFX)He slwoly said," Oh, look at that. no pain." he held up his hand holding the sword, and he said," I bet you can feel pain thoguh." he lunged at him,
back at the mansion Ethans body flinched hard..Feeling a jolt run through his body and mind.

 Aerith looked around the airship, sighing softly at Cloud. She could see he was beyond worried. And the fact that she had felt something horribly wrong, it worried her, but she couldn't bring herself to say anything to him. He was already freaked out enough. ~"Tifa? ...Can you hear me? ..I hope you're safe. Please don't get hurt.."~ She didn't think it would really reach her,but she could try. Aerith slowly turned out of the main cabin to take a look around the airship some. She crossed over the metal bridge and took a turn to the right to step out of the outside area. After all, she had always dreamed of being in this airship.The scenery was even greater up here then Ragnarok or the Serra.

Zephirum leaped up, hitting the man's blade in such a way that it slid along Zephirum, but instead of taking off a thumb and maybe some finger's, Zephirum slammed into the crossguard of Ethan's sword. Immediatly, he twisted it so the extended part that made it a Keyblade was facing up, and yanked it sideways. The man would have to disconnect from Zephirum fast, or it would slam into the side of the blade and wrench it from his grasp and send it flying.

??? slowly grinend evily and let go of his sword and ducked his arms glowed and he sent a great blast of fire at Varquas, he didnt care about the sword, it wasnt even his. What he cared about ws causing others pain. his eyes glinted showing a fire inside of his eyes.

(er, probobly, and im not sure, what was the last thing you read before you got off?)  Varquas didnt expect the man to let go of the sword, and so his swung wide outwards, giving him no time to block the massive fireball which literally slammed him back wards into a wall, sinking to has a** against it as his sword clattered to the ground next to him.

??? laughed at him and picked up the sword, his arm was cut open but he made a fire ball appear and clsoed the wound up not even flinching and he spun the sword saying," So you wanted to knock my sword out of my hands boy." ??? lunged at him spinning the sword wildly.
( yes you and Zel and Noctis should still be out back.)

Varquas looked up, reaching out and grabbing Zephilum, stiff from the hit, other hand slapping out a flame burning at the edge of his cloak. He didnt manage to get up before the man lunged at him, so Zephilum came up inan instinctive block, both hands in use, one on the hilt, the other on the key protrusion, since it was dull while the rest of the blade was razor-sharp. He was strong enough that he stopped the man's blade cold on his with a loud ring of metal colliding.

??? laughed saying,"Oh, I actual challenge. " He grinned evily and pushed back away from the boy and said," How about I make this a little bit... Unfair." he got out a gun. And spun the sword.

((gahh, I'm actually a little lost for once...power was out most of the day cause we got with (and still have) a blizzard. -.- I like snow, but this is a bit much.. supposed to keep going till tomorrow evening.))

Varquas Stood slowly, then pointed his keyblade at the man. For the man, everything around him but him and his weapons seemed to accelerate to superfast, as Varquas cast a slow spell on him, followed by a pair of fire spells. Then the slow dissipated, leaving Varquas looking a little twitchy, his form flickering oddly at random interval's as he stood there, keyblade in its ready position.

??? slowly laughed it was a slowly deep laugh and he absorbed the fire attacks,he slowly fired the gun while the slow was still in effect and spun the blade running at him again. ( he absorbs fire, so that means his weakness shall be biggrin )

Varquas... well, he seemed to freeze, except for... there was suddenly two of him, one frozen where he had been, another slightly in the air with Zephilum slicing through the air multiple times before freezing again as he appeared at yet another angle, repeating the strike processes.
