Well, sir, to join the CAAPC(and fight eeeeevil) all you need to do is talk to me. I can sign you up and have our secretary whip you up an ID.

Oh, it's great! We mainly just try to keep Powell worked up into a fury. But . . . well, as you can see, it's not very hard. The next episode of the DVD, they're going to focuys more on the APC/CAAPC interaction, But always focusing on Powell.
*Pulls out his paycheck, and shows it to Scott.* And see? 3DP lets you know when you've done a good job.
