What does the CAAPC do ?.
Raise to arms ?... take people to court ?... recolect votes ?.

Raise to arms ?... take people to court ?... recolect votes ?. In theory....if I was soliciting...I would say the CAAPC resists the efforts of the APC in any way they can. Through diplomacy or arms or votes...whatever it takes.
