sadly it isn't rare..Since the russian population is 27% or maybe a little more of the total population..And in some cities there are more russians than Latvians like Duagavpils and Rēzekne pffff and in Riga there are a lot of russians too *sighs* It is not common but not rare either lol ;_;
I like all the pairings in APH So I don't think you cn suprise me anna ;3

Oh, we have a problem with the Polish over here (they steal all our jobs!) but I wouldn't say they dominate a large percentage of the population. Englands so multicutural it's great XD
