I bought the thing from the marketplace.
for the life of me, I couldn't find it in the cash shop at all.

I purchased one. I can't remember what I got out of it, though.
...I needed to rampage. The forest so deserved it.
Needless to say, after rummaging through the cash shop, I did end up finding the pora ice.
...it just never showed up when I sorted from newest to oldest. But it did when I did a price sort.
I wish the moon wasn't so much. I'd purchase it, otherwise.
