[yes, 2 20's]
2+-2=fail Uzuki continued to run around the classrom, he managed to finish one of the two laps with no problems, but sometime during the second he fell and his elbow on the ground it wasn't that bad, but still hurt. "Yep, this is just like the last time I did this." Uzuki said quietly as he got back up and rubbed his arm a little. He started running again, not really wanting to waste much time. 8-2=6Hp
20=autopass Uzuki effortlessly ran the entire second lap, after his previous fall he was ready to keep going. He even decided to do one extra lap for fun. After that he stopped for a moment to take a breath. Running was tiring, even though it wasn't really that much. "I really need to work on my stamina." Uzuki said outloud, of course that was the entire reason he was doing this in the first place. "Lets see, thats two laps out of twenty,lets keep going!" He yelled a little with the last part and got ready to run again.
9+-2=fail The moment after he began to run again, he tripped over the leg of a desk in the room. Uzuki didn't even see it before, was he really that stupid or just not paying any attention at all. He decided not to worry about it much and got back up. He landed on the same elbows as before, but he didn't really or notice. He looked around out of curiousity of what the other boy in the room might be doing now. Nothing really seemed to be going on in the room so Uzuki went back to his running. 6-2=4
2+-2=fail He took of running again, he could feel his momentum picking up, this time though he decided he would try to run the lap alot quicker than what he would normally do. That seemed to be a big mistake as a moment after ********* running he fell again, this time more over himself than something in the room. He hit his knee first and decided to lie on the ground holding his knee tightly. "Ahhhhhhhhh. That reeeeaaaaaly hurt." He continued to hold his knee for a while, not really wanting to get up from that spot. 4-2=2Hp
15+-2=pass After a while Uzuki got up and continued his first lap around the room, this time alot more cautious. He ran his first lap carefully watching every single one of his stepps, he already had fallen enough today, he didn't need anymore cuts and bruises. He managed to finish the first lap pretty easily, alot slower than normal, but atleast he managed to get through. His second lap also seemed to be finished easier and sooner than the one he just completed. "Okay, next pair of laps!"
20=autopass Uzuki began his next lap, struglling a little due to the annoying pain in his leg from the fall before. Despite the pain in his leg he continued to run and finished the first lap with no problems. This time however he knew that running would definitely not help him, so he decided to keep going at the same pace. Like the first he finished the second without to many troubles and leaned against the wall to take a break. "What a work out and im only about half done." Uzuki said, panting a little.

Kiketsu had taken a seat after he did the last transformation. He had done it five times, converting into person, place and thing. His body took a seat to rest while watching the rest of his classmates. As he expected Hiru was far ahead of everyone else. His body moved as if in fast forward when compared to everyone else. The undersea child still had enough energy to go. The lime eye boy could only ponder just how much energy the rest of his family had if Hiru had this much. It would be even scarier to know just how much he would have later on in life.
The boy seemed to have befriended the dark haired child whom Kiketsu borrowed the book from. The lightning symbol youth did a few flips and tumbles, before getting into a steady jog around the classroom. Batosai was also taking a breather from the exercise. He appeared to be more relaxed than the other students. Although Kiketsu did not know much about him or Uzuki. Then there were others like his other two peers…
"Cassie sensei! I'm finally finished with chakra molding!"
The cheerful voice could not be mistaken. Serpentine eyes slowly drifted to Midori. She had found her smile again. With a bit more excitement than earlier during her training. She was last, but was determined to catch up. The white hair may just be catching up to the rest of the boys. Kiketsu would take note of this for the future. Her snow colored form may be the most determined of them. After all how many girls could take a crab to the face multiple times and keep coming for more? Her lips then curved with another smile at Hiru who was playing with a squirrel. Midori’s eyes then pivoted to the serpent boy for a second with the smile before quickly adjusting it a face almost as serious as his.
To Kiketsu both she and Hiru had one defining trait. “They are both weird…” he thought as his form rose to a vertical base. It was time to get back to some training. The serpent youth would try the same flips as his previous peers. The training of flipping over the rock yesterday would be of some help. One leg pushed against a stool. This time he'd try something a bit different than from yesterday. His leg pushed off the stool. Unfortunately Kiketsu's mass and force was far greater than the stool. The little bench moved from under him too quickly and the boy fell off before making the jump. His arms were able to brace his trip to the ground so the snake like child did not fall flat on his face.

Midori grinned as she had moved to the lake. Her dark blue eyes gazed upon the lake strangely and wondered how one with the affinity of the earth would do against the waters inside this lake. She pushed her hair back a bit before backing up a bit and diving inside it. Of course she had no clue how to swim at all and she wasn't a very good beginner either. She felt the cold water go up against her and she enjoyed it. She was a bit of an oddball for not thinking that the water was cold. The water was soothing but her movements weren't as she was flailing around in the water attempting to swim.

Controlling your chakra, 5th edition Chapters 6 to 10 D20 + int mod DC 9 0/5
DC = 19 - 1 = success 1/5
Seeing he was now done with the trainings he had been assigned, Hiru thought he'd finish up on his reading while the others did the handsprings and the swimming exercise. He cracked open his book and attacked the 6th chapter no advanced jutsus. He understood the essence of it perfectly. Of course, the main thing he had to understand was that he wasn't going to learn those anytime soon. But it was still really interesting.
DC = 6 - 1 = fail 1/5
Next chapter was on jutsu creation and boy was it complex. Something about mixing your natural element with some chakra shape. He had read about those before, that much he knew, but that was really about it. After he was done with this, Hiru knew he'd have to work on his concentration a whole lot more. Still, this thing looked like something he should understand pretty easily... maybe by giving it another look...
DC = 11 - 1 = success 2/5
Hiru gave the seventh chapter another shot. The main element he had missed was the part about creativity and originality, two things he was very good at. Hiru read through pretty fast on this second try and started dreaming about different things he could do in the future. Still, Hoshigakis were encouraged not to see too far ahead until they are given their Samehada, it is somewhat of a personality defining event...
DC = 17 - 1 = success 3/5
Hiru flipped on the next chapter about channelling chakra through various types of weapon. Of course, water wasn't the most adapted element for this type of technique. It could nevertheless be used as a conduit for the element, and its movement could be used to facilitate certain jutsus, in some ways giving movement other ways than through chakra control. If the Samehada would have such talents was a question worth asking though...
DC = 2 - 1 = fail 3/5
The next chapter was about clan specific jutsus, why some clans can do some techniques others can't while still wielding the very same element. It is safe to say Hiru understood none of it after this first lecture, which that all surprising. No matter how good Hiru could have been with all that physical training, his biggest weakness was still his ability to think. He was working on this flaw pretty hard though, he should be starting to see some effects pretty soon.

Controlling your chakra, 5th edition Chapters 6 to 10 D20 + int mod DC 9 3/5
DC = 18 - 1 = success 4/5
The second time he read the 9th chapter, it seemed slightly clearer in his mind. Of course, he probably couldn't have written essay right away on the subject, but still, pretty well. Hiru couldn't wait to be done with this book, beginner had been hard and this intermediate/advanced stuff was begining to go beyond his present capacity of understanding such complex notions. Still, when there's only chapter left, he wasn't going to give up.
DC = 10 - 1 = success 5/5
The last chapter was, again, an introduction to a more advanced tome of chakra manipulation. Of course, this next tome was not destined for academy students but for full fledged genins, so Hiru still had a bit of time before having to do this again. After this tenth chapter was done, Hiru closed the book. No way was he going to try something this tedious again for a while. The water seemed so tempting to him... what could he do that would involve having to dive in there...?

After seeing Uzuki running around the dojo a bit, Hiru realized this really wasn't that much of a bad idea and that he probably needed a good cardio-vascular too. His toughness had never been one of his strong traits and it blatantly showed on these first few meters of jogging. Hiru, as enthusiatic as he always was, had not realized jogging meant keeping some of your energy for a prolonged effort... he almost instantly lost his breath.
DC = 12 - 1 = success Hp: 16 1/10
After this try, Hiru had calmed down a bit a jogged in a much wiser manner. He saved his energy and focused on his breathing: inhaling and exhaling. For someone who had to sets of repoiratory systems, he was actually doing a pretty great job at controlling his respiration to stay in the race, whatever he might have been racing against. This training surely wasn't as fun as swimming, but he pretty much had to do it sadly...
DC = 17 - 1 = success Hp: 16 2/10
Hiru kept running using this same technique he had used so perfectly on his first lap. The second was almost as smooth, if not even smoother. He ran all around the dojo with steady speed and perfectly controlled breathing. If he could keep going like this, this training could be done in no time! Sadly, he felt his breath slowly being taken away, and he gradually started slowing down.
DC = 1 - 1 = fail Hp: 14 2/10
If Hiru's second lap had been impressing, this third one started on a horrible note. Hiru slowed down so much you could have sworn he had stopped to take a break. Still, Hiru knew that was probably the worst thing to do when running laps so he kept in motion while recuperating. Even if it was a very slow motion, he had kept going. Things were sadly not about to get any easier for him.
DC = 8 - 1 = fail Hp: 12 2/10
Hiru hadn't even finished his third lap and he had actually been running for a while. This training sure was hard, harder than he had anticipated. Having known he was going to have so much trouble with this, Hiru would have probably opted to go back into the river for more swimming laps. Nevertheless, when he started something he knew he had to finish it. So, he tried to get his breath back and kept going forward.

This third lap had become excruciating for Hiru. He had always preferred power training to endurance training, it had always come naturally to him. Still, he had realized that day before that knowing how to get hit was an vary valuable skill to devellop since no matter how hard you hit, it will be useless if you're down before launching even a single attack. He'd have to wok pretty hard though, because he was still completely out of breath.
DC = 4 - 1 = fail Hp: 8 2/10
Hiru persevered. He still couldn't get his breath together and felt his legs getting strangely weak. Then, Kaisou jumped into the room, caught up with him and jumped on his back. This was a bit insulting, having a squirrel beat you in a one on one race. Hiru tried to use that as motivation. He got his focus back and started accelerating just enough to gain some speed while catching his breath.
DC = 17 - 1 = pass Hp: 8 3/10
As he finally finished his third lap, he started fourth on a much more promising note. His breathing was up to speed, his pace was steady and his movement fluent. Hiru just sailed through the fourth lap almost effortlessly and crossed the marker, almost as fresh as a rose, ready to take on another long turn of this dojo he had been training for so long in today.
DC = 17 - 1 = pass Hp: 8 4/10
THe fifth lap went almost as smoothly as the previous one. He jogged and jogged, crossing his pal Uzuki who had given him the idea just before to try some more constitution training. He kep going and going and finally finished the fourth lap without any sort of problems, feeling like he was ready to take on the whole world in a jogging contest. Hiru's breathing was certainly accelerating a bit as he ran, but he still kept it up.
DC = 16 - 1 = pass Hp: 8 5/10
Hiru kept going for his sixth lap! His legs were aching pretty bad but, for some reason, keeping going seemed just as hard as stopping for now, if not easier. The movement kept lactic acids in his muscle from taking too much of a grip on them, so motion had become his best way to keep his muscles going normally. He ran pretty fast all the way around the dojo and passed the marker once more without too much trouble. He was now halfway done.

Hiru was really on one of those rolls. It was probably the inertia he had gained from his previous laps, but this 7th one was definately one of the easy ones. He jogged and breathed very steadily, all the way across the marker. This hot streak was sure about to end though, Hiru was feeling his breath slowly being taken away. He still managed to finish the lap, but the next one was going to be extremely hard...
DC = 6 - 1 = fail Hp: 6 6/10
As Hiru started this new lap, something very strange happened. His breath gave out almost in a second. He almost had to completely stop in his tracks to get it back, or else he would probably have fainted. Still, without stopping, he pent a few seconds jogging in place while he calmed down and got his breathing back together. After, he slowly tried to resume his run around the dojo.
DC = 4 - 1 = fail Hp: 4 6/10
Stopping is probably the worst thing to do while jogging. In order to really get the most out of the exercise, your run had to be constant so your heart rate can allow a steady, regular oxygen output to your muscles. When Hiru slowed down too much, his heart rate fluctuated and lost its usual rythm. Hiru didn't realize that though and tried to keep running nevertheless... not a wise move.
DC = 4 - 1 = fail Hp: 2 6/10
Hiru became completely exhausted in mere seconds after he got back to his run. He really wanted to keep going, almost desperately, but this was starting to become too much for him and he felt he would imminently have to take a break of some sorts if he did not want to pass out right here on the gym flloor. Hiru gradually slowed down and stopped a bit to get some energy back.
Rest post: Hp + 1.8 = 3.8
As Hiru stopped, he bent over, hands on his knees and tried to get his heart beating at a more normal rate and his breath at a more regular rythm. He tried to rhink about what he could have done wrong to become so exhausted so fast but he just didn't know for now...
Rest post: Hp + 1.8 = 5.6
As he rested, oxygen slowly started being sent to the overworked muscles and allowed their heat to get back to more normal levels and their strength to get closer back to normal. Pretty soon Hiru was going to be ready to give another shot at this.
DC = 9 - 1 = fail Hp: 3.6 6/10
WHen Hiru was done resting, he got his strength and determination back together and almost sprinted back into his exercise. THis was surely a very stupid thing to do. Not only was the change too brutal to handle for his body but he wasted a great amount of energy trying to run faster than usual and pretty soon had to slow down dramatically. He'll have to run more intellegently than that if he was ever going to finish this training...

Kiketsu returned to his feet. His fall was braced, but his wrists felt a little strange after the fall. By the time he looked around the room Midori had disappeared. Hiru had begun to start jogging around the academy. Kiketsu could only wonder where that unlimited source of energy was coming from. He then shook the thought from his head. The shark boy's unlimited energy would be no help to the serpent youth. Kiketsu began to think of where he went wrong a few minutes ago. "I should probably..." his mind began to analyze and draft a solution to the problem. His brain was also trying to draft a procedure in which to go about the training. He had a nice idea of what he would do in a few minutes.

When Hiru realized he had to slw down if he was ever going to see any results for this training, things started to go a lot better for him. This lap that had been a complete catastrophe had become a bit smoother and he managed to run past the marker with still reasonable amounts of energy left for another lap. He was getting so close to being done with this, he desperaately wanted to reach that tenth lap.
DC = 20 - 1 = success Hp: 3.6 8/10
Hiru's eigth lap went extremely well. it was probably some sort of second wind, but he managed to nearly soar through it with great big leaps, almost running like a dear around the dojo. He passed that marker once more and realized he was just about done with running. Sadly tough, he also realized he was running short on breath... again. The ninth lap wasn't going to be easy either...
DC = 3 - 1 = fail Hp: 1.6 8/10
Almost just as he crossed the marker for his eigth lap, Hiru's leg became so weak thay couldn't keep him stable at the speed he was running. It was most likely because he got carried away during his previous lap and had not realized the strain he was putting on his leg muscles in doing so. Whether he liked it or not (he definately didn't), Hiru was going to have to take another break or faint.
Rest post: Hp + 1.8 = 3.4
Hiru stopped for the second time in this exercise. He wasn't proud of of it but he really didn't have a choice, it was the smart thing to do. Hiru, probably not even realizing it, lived by a single motto: what matters is not the falling down, it's the getting up again that makes the difference.
DC = 8 - 1 = fail Hp: 1.4 8/10
After he got a few seconds of rest, Hiru tried completing this cursed ninth round. Still, it seemed his body was not going to let him. His legs were still closer to jelly than flesh. It wasn't as bad as when he had to stop a few seconds ago, but he would probably have to stop again if things didn't get any better and fast. How much longer was he going to have to keep running like this...

Sometimes, when the body fails, the mind and spirit are what have to keep it going. Even if Hiru's body had almost shut down from this intense and rigorous training. His will and determination kept him going and got him well through his ninth lap. Nothing was going to stop him now and Hiru was well on his way to get a killer last lap as his body was being dragged around the dojo by his untameable spirit.

Hiru was so determined to be finally done with this exercise that this lap wasn't a jogging lap, it was a full blown sprint. He dashed with such speed around the dojo that the lactic acids in his thigh and calf muscles locked them completely, but not before he had crossed this darned marker from the tenth and last time. Hiru thought about taking a little more nergy to walk to a bench, but he decided that, given the circumstance, the floor was a pretty comfy place to recover for now.

Kiketsu set the chair back to its original position. The boy wanted to try the same move again. He brushed his fingers through his dreads and gently rubbed his scalp. His brain was mulling over what it would look like for him to accomplish the task. Once the idea was better visualized Kiketsu dragged his feet back a few inches. Then he gave a small leap onto the chair. Fortunately the serpent like youth sensed his balance was off and most of his feet had over shot him onto the chair. He quickly hopped off the chair landing on his feet. It seemed the cloud skinned child was going wrong somewhere.

As Hiru recovered from hisintensive training exercises, he looked around the class a bit.
He saw Uzuki running laps just as he had, he wasn't done yet but it wouldn't be long. Hiru had not known him for long but he was impressed by how determined he seemed.
He noticed that Kiketsu seemed to be looking at him now and then. He was pretty happy that someone was paying attention to him. Like a real buddy would, Hiru cheered him on:
"Don't give up Kiketsu! Failing just a few times isn't that bad!", he yelled from the other side of the room with a big, sincere, innocent smile on his face.
Walking towards the river was Midori. She was probably on her way for the swimming exercise. He was tempted to follow her, it would cool him off after such a run. But he was afraid she'd think he's weird and Hiru was way too shy to go swimming alone with a girl like that.
Batosai had just finished working on henge and seemed relatively annoyed by something. It was nothing unusual though, Batosai always looked that way. Trying to cheer him up, Hiru just smiled at him and gave him a thumbs up.
Hiru was finally able to sit down while recovering instead of lying on the floor. If Cassie-sensei did not give a new training soon he was probably going to have something to do on his own again.

Midori continued to attempt swimming but she has having a hard time. She wondered how her sister had done in this exercise. Of course like always she never caught on to things as fast as others. Instead her luck or whatever its called was always twisted. It also seemed that Hiru wasn't catching on to how much her and Kiketsu disliked him. Her arms flailed around in the water as she tried to swim but she was just making it worse. Her head popped underneath the water as she grasped for air.
