He managed it with my father and my father hates "yippy little dogs". Shakespeare is a Yorkie. And he has my father absolutely wrapped around his little paw.

Yep. Part of it is because Shakespeare very rarely yips, unless he wants me, or to a barely lesser extent, my mom. He is super attached to me, then to my mom....my dad and sister....well, Shakespeare likes my dad, but not as much as me, my mom or my sister and my sister has been around Shakespeare less than my dad has. XD *currently has Shakespeare asleep up against my leg; CUTENESS*

Plus....the only really bad thing he does is generally my fault for not getting him outside fast enough. Or finding something he shouldn't chew on (like a piece of toilet paper or plastic packaging) and running around the house with it, because he likes being chased. (And because he knows it will be taken away because it's not an acceptable thing to chew on. He's very smart at only 5 months of puppy-hood.)
