Kazuki looked over to where Darling was teaching the young girl the dance, and couldn't help but smile. He then turned back to Z. "Of course I am. This was a fun party to set up, and I enjoyed helping surprise you." He said, with a chuckle.
"Though I'm surprised Darling hasn't offered to preform. But at the same time. Most of the CD isn't really meant for young children to hear. And just like that. I'm rambling." He said, then laughed. Kazuki set his glass down, then offered a hand to Z. "May I have this dance?" He asked.

Darling applauded the little girl when she recreated the ballet dance. And she seemed quite happy with her achievement, and even gave a graceful bow when she finished. He watched as the little one bounded off to join her brother.
Darling then happened to glance over at Kinji, who still seemed rather upset. He stood up, brushed the dust on his pants off, then went over to the other man. "Man. Nii-san was right. You do look really bummed out." He said as he sat on the floor in front of Kinji.

Kazuki shrugged at that. "Eh. It's probably all Darling's pent up, fourteen year old angst. Cause he seems much happier now." He said, then gently held Z's hand. He pulled the other boy to a clear spot in the room and started to dance with him. "I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." He said, then softly kissed Z's forehead.

Darling pulled his knees up to his chest, and nodded. "Fair enough. My lips are sealed then." He said, with a small shrug. He then looked over at the little girl, who was now the envy of her family because of the dance she could do now. He grinned. "I aim to please. And she seemed rather bummed out before hand, which just isn't right." He said, then glanced up at Kinji. "If you don't mind me asking, why do you look so upset? It's your friend's birthday after all." He said.

Kazuki blushed a little at that, but smiled anyways. "I'm glad." He said softly, then kissed the other boy's cheek. At the remark about Darling, he paused. "Darling's appearance betrays his actual age. I will agree with you there. I think it's a result of the stress at home, since he did struggle more than either Tsuki or I did." He replied.

Darling pushed a stray strand of hair off the bridge of his nose, then looked back up at Kinji. "Well, I'm glad I could make her happy." He said, as he tapped his finger on his knee. Though he was not expecting Kinji to actually answer his question, he still listened none the less.
Darling tilted his head slightly when the older man finished speaking. "Perhaps a high school friend of hers? From what Nii-san has told me, it's only worrisome if the other half dances around the subject, and tries to get on to a different one." He offered, in an effort to re-encourage him.

Kazuki smiled. "You should. Since I rarely ever blush. But I always succeed in making my date blush." He said, then nodded to the other boy. "It is, but I think he became a better person because of what he went through. Granted, doesn't socialize much, but he's stated many times that he'd rather be antisocial, than a spoiled brat, like our sister." He said as they finished their dance. He laughed and nodded. "Alright. Good luck with that." He said, then went to talk with the other guests.
Darling gave a frown of his own. "Well that's certainly not good. But it's rather odd that you'll have to go back to Japan to find out why she's acting so weird." He stated.
Darling looked up as Z approached, and chuckled at Kinji's statement.
Leonide simply nodded to the other man. "Need help surprising him?" He asked curiously.

Leonide tilted his head slightly, and nodded to Kinji. "Got it. I can do that." He said with a grin. Once the man had left, he decided to entertain the rest of the guests for a little while longer. And one by one, he convinced them to wait outside for Kinji. Though he had to have Kazuki, and Darling help out. Kazuki for getting Z outside, and Darling for the younger children.
Once outside, Darling went to lean up against the wall, but stopped when he caught a questioning look from the young girl. He crouched down to her level, and lightly ruffled her hair. "Now it's present time." He said, with a small smile.
Leonide, and Kazuki nodded in unison to Darling.
Once Kinji pulled up, Kazuki was certainly sure Z made a b-line for his friend, faster than anyone could drop a hat.
"Well. Someone's certainly happy now." He said.

Kazuki and the other two remained off to the side, while Z oogled his new car, and guitar.
Though Darling was far more entranced by the guitar, since he had seen the amount of money those custom ones went for. "Never let it be said that he isn't a good friend." He said, as he lightly ran his finger over the strap on his own guitar.
"Dar, you sound jealous." Kazuki remarked, jokingly.

"Nah. My Virgo's been good to me for a while. I have no reason to be." He replied. Darling then looked down at the drowsy children, and smiled. He looked up at their mother, and got her attention. "Ma'am. I believe your little ones are getting sleepy." He said politely.

It took a minute for Darling to figure out what Skye was saying, due to her accent. But he managed, and nodded to her. He waved goodbye to the children, and told Lisa to make sure she practiced the dance, so she wouldn't forget it.
Kazuki looked back to Z when his relatives had left, and laughed. "Oh my. You're like a little kid on Christmas morning." He remarked.

While they went back to the apartment, Darling found himself looking around, and lightly singing to himself.
Kazuki overheard his brother, then had them stop for a moment. "How about Darling and I put on a show?" He offered.
Leonide nodded instantly. "I think that would be fun. Gives the others a bit of a break." He said, then kissed Takumi's cheek.
