There was no list, nor a profile that limited the turret guy. I only showed him using Maruton Ninjutsu, so I suppose you could go nuts with him.

Well, I believe he was at least Kounin, and he had some skill at Maruton as you have said. (Yes, they were Maruton Ninjutsu.) He's got a butt-ton of Chakra, and he operates almost exclusively in Ninjutsu.
