Kicking off with her feet, Evijan flipped head over heels above Inoke, releasing the Dysadin in a bid to avoid the fire. She landed on her clawed feet, which dug into the ground just above Inoke's head. She straightened up, keeping her back turned. She held her hands together, conjuring up a mass of DRK between her palms.

 Inoke rolled and scrambled to her feet, collecting her blade in both hands. She took a hefty swing at Evijan's back, infusing the singing sword with fire as it careened toward the dragon hybrid.

Sensing the attack coming, Evijan shifted out of phase. Solidifying again once the swing had passed, she kicked up high with one leg.

The dysadin warrior leapt back, just grazed by Evijan's kick and twisting her sword around to stab at Evijan.

The sword went through her abdomen, causing Evijan to grimace in pain. She spat a mouthful of blood into Inoke's face, glowering angrily.

Disgusted but not deterred, Inoke yanked her sword free of the hybrid's body and ran forward to try and slam her foot into the wound.

Evijan took a leap back, and grabbed Inoke's foot. She gave it a sharp twist, to either break Inoke's ankle, knock her back onto the ground, or both.

Inoke yelped and then cried out, feeling a sickening crack as she lost her footing and was forced to the ground. Her head knocked against it hard, her weak and stinging ankle now sending waves of sharp pain through her leg.

Evijan stamped heavily on the wounded ankle, and stared coldly down at Inoke. Though she made no other attack.

Inoke let out another pained cry, rolling onto her side and trying to pull her leg away. Gritting her teeth and knowing she couldn't give up, she dug one hand into the dirt and began to drag herself up onto one knee.

Her expression contained just a hint of reluctance as she pulled her leg back. A second later, her foot went smashing into Inoke's face.

 "Inoke!" Oukami cried, watching helplessly as Evijan attacked his girlfriend.

The dysadin took the hit with another yelp, collapsing and shuddering. Blood trickled down her jaw and from the corner of her mouth. Clenching one fist, she pushed herself again, this time throwing one arm out and sending a wave of flames with it.

 Zack was paying no attention to anyone else, and focused on constricting the DRK that surrounded Oukami even further. He intensified it around his throat, to slowly throttle the young warrior.

Oukami's eyes were wide and a little bloodshot from the strangulation, as he furiously battled against the DRK.
