Kevin closed his eyes tightly, after seeing Jack. He then opened them, grinning. His pupils shrunk, almost to slits, and he saw a red circle resembling a crosshair on the magic stick, on the sword, and on the weak point in between the two, which was on his stomach, slightly to the side unguarded by sword. He could hear his heart beating in his ears. He stepped forward and released a slight wave of fire, about a 3rd of the size of the one he shot before. He released a 2nd towards the sword, as the first one hurtled towards the twig. He ran towards Jack and when he was about 8 feet away from him, he released the 3rd and final wave, which headed towards his lower body. He grinned and jumped to the side, now almost parallel with Jack, as he extended his blade towards the weak point on the side of Jack's torso.

Getting what he needed, Jack quickly turned the twig into a bow and quiver. He shot all his arrows through the fire, then moved the steel bow and sword to cover his torso, where he would obviously strike. He knew that he was out of arrows, but they would return soon. The ones with more spirals returned faster. Even set on fire or destroyed the came back completely new. That made him believe that they were all new arrows, but he didn't have time to think of that. He needed to keep his guard up. He ignored the people on the sidelines and dodged the flames by rolling to the left and kneeling with the bow and sword crossed in an X across his body.

Kevin grinned as he watched arrows turn to ashes and float past his head. He didn't even blink. 6 feet away. He gripped his sword hilt and ran forward. 4 feet. He looked at him, with his two weapons crossed across him. 2 feet. He couldn't block his sword with his bow, and his sword was under his bow, he would have to either use his bow to block it and get mulch back, or risk losing a leg. He swung with his sword, connecting with the bow, leaving a small cut. With his other arm he reached and his back and grabbed his sword, whipping it around, ducking down, he swung at his legs 4 times, making light contact once with the side of his blade, and making contact with the actual blade once, drawing blood. He looked down at his blade to make sure he had drawn blood from him. He then looked down at his stomach, which had an arrow sticking out of it. "Well that sucks..." He said calmly, touching it to see how deep in it was. "Ouch..." He said, disappointed that he had been fighting carelessly enough to give him time to take his bow out in the middle of a fight.

Kandii walks in to the arena in awe, wishing she had brought her nunchucks with her. She looks around and relizes she has stumbled upon a fight already happening, so she takes a seat far away from the fighters.

Jack noticed that one of the arrows had landed. He also noticed a small notch on his bow. He returned it to a twig, and as quickly as he could, brought it back as an unharmed bow. Before the twig had turned into a bow however, he thought of it being stronger. The iron bow returned, but the arrows hadn't yet. He raised both weapons, then swung his sword at him from the left, and keeping the iron bow close to either defend him, or stab when he dodged to the right. If he could get a farther distance, he would be able to shoot more arrows when they returned, but he would have to will them to go faster, so they wouldn't be tarnished by the fire.

Kevin sighed. He was getting annoyed, and now more than before, because the blood from his stomach was running down towards his shoes, and he hated getting his shoes dirty. He didn't dodge at all, he reached up, grabbed Jacks wrist, and placing his thumb on his wrist, and the rest of his hand holding onto the under-side of his palm, he pressed down with his thumb and pulled with his hand, dislocating it on the spot, he then permformed a sweep kick, taking Jack off his feet. "We're done here." He said, reaching down to help him up.
((That's right son, I trip you down, then help you up cuz I'm mad classy....dawg.))

Kandii stares at the fighters amazed at how quickly it ended. She also starts to respect the guy who helped the other guy out after hurting him.

"Yes we are." Jack said before getting up. "If I had a few more seconds, I would have my arrows back, then just jump back and let loose." He said. He knew that the guy would try something with his hand. And probably before his blood had ruined something. He was obviously high classed and might like to keep his stuff in good condition. So it was his shoes he valued. He would remember that.

"I see you staring at my shoes. I have 38 pairs of them. Not all the same of course, but these are some of my nicer ones. And just FYI, I could have done that like 5 minutes ago. I also could have just separated your top jaw from your lower one instead of just kicking you in the side of the head. "So...you have a broken rib or two, a sliced leg, and a broken wrist, correct?" He asked, counting on his fingers.

Kandii gets up and walks away slowly starting to fear the fighters. "People hear are way intense" She says to her self. She also starts to wonder if she should call some one to help the other guy out with his injuries....

"Unfortunately I think you're right." Jack said. That was one reason he didn't do close range. Too many injuries and you had to keep going. But fighting from a distance was just as risky. Unless your bow was sharp at both ends. That made it easier.
