I just joined, and started my summer break, resulting in unheard of amounts of free time in my schedule. Plus, I've always wanted to try roleplay, but I have limited experience and this guild seemed like the perfect place to spread my wings. So here I am! (:

You would be right. wink The Sanctuary is perfect for beginners. Hope you mature into a seasoned role player here. 3nodding Although I'm sure that's an ongoing process. Even I can improve at my current stage of role playing. Just never stop improving yourself and you'll be fine. mrgreen

Hi, I am Beatrix. I am a seasoned roleplayer (6 years experience) and I am currently a stay at home mother. I am married irl and I met my husband through roleplaying online. I was searching my normal sites for decent roleplay but one is filled with nonsense (mocospace) and the other is not very active atm (anime forum). I hope to meet people on here that do not like the bs in their threads and help those that are new to rp. I may not like to create my own rp due to the fact that it's so hectic that I cannot come up with storylines, but I do great with charcter creation and character development. I hope to have fun here with ya'll and hopefully bring my husband and a few other friends in here as well!

Well, uh, hello. This is my vain attempt at a coherent introduction.
How did I get here? Well, I suppose I clicked on the guild link in the forum drop-down menu, and clicked on roleplaying guilds, and this just happened to be the first one. So, I figured, "why not", and clicked on it, and...well, mighty impressed.
Why am I here? Now that's a good question. I've been RPing/creatively writing for...I'm going to guess somewhere in the ballpark of 'cripes-it-might-have-been-five-years-or-seven-I-forgot', though I'm still a little green around the edges. I can't really think of what I've been looking for in a Roleplay as of late—something sci-fi one minute, fantasy the next—but most of the stuff in Barton doesn't tickle the fancy. I guess there's just something about here that's different.
So...tadah, here I am! Hopefully I fit in somewhere. It's good to see everyone, either way. ^^
