Ako was a little freaked out when he heard Tansy's voice in his head, but squeezed her hand and pulled her closer, anyway. He didn't say anything at first, just listened as the girls talked. He would point out that Mr. Ray surely had to be dead, but he didn't believe that himself. Finally he asked; "Do you know where Leviathan is now? are we in immediate danger? If not, I don't think we need to worry about either of these guys until we get in contact with the others."

JewJewBeans "I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think this person is really that much of a danger to us. Who we should be worried about to Mr. Ray. The fear guy, anyone else remember him? Do we actually know if he died back there or not, because really, I rather not go through all of that again." "Mr. Ray? Who's that?" Trinity hadn't the foggiest on who the girl was talking about. She knew it was bad news if she says he's even worse than Leviathan. The Count of Monte Carlo "Do you know where Leviathan is now? are we in immediate danger? If not, I don't think we need to worry about either of these guys until we get in contact with the others." "I believe he was at the hospital that my mom was rescued from. I heard there was massive destruction there. Later on Shane came back from there but is in the emergency room getting treatment. I'm not sure if Annie came back yet, last I saw her she was confronting him head on. As for immediate danger, I guess it really depends on how long Annie can keep him occupied...they seemed to be in a rush to train me on how to use my power...because of the chance of him coming here soon...I really wished I had more solid answers for you, but that's all I have right now."

Tansy paused. "The crazy manic who tried to kill us using his power of fear. He was planning on using Gigdet to build him something. And then he wanted to try and use me for immortality. For some reason, he thinks that I can't die... or something inside me can reanimate the body... I..." She shook her head. "I don't really understand it myself." She sighed softly and brushed her hair over her shoulder.

Trinity nodded on their concerns, though they were reasonable concerns, she still thought a meta-human who can somehow get more powerful and has killed meta-humans is more frightening. Perhaps she had to be there to make a true comparison. Though the thought of Gidget being forced to build a machine in the wrong hands. "Perhaps we can go to the R&D department and see if we can see Gidget. She may know more about the situation and she will be glad to see you. If you are up for it that is?"

"G-gigdet is here?" Tansy frowned somewhat, and her hold on Ako's hand tightened. "I... I..... " She paused and looked down and away from the other two people in the room. "Proszę. nie obmyślam JA może." Her voice was soft and under her breath. She frowned. "JA nie może widzieć Gigdet przy tym czasie." She looked up and then at both of them. First at Ako, then at Trinity. "I... I don't think I can handle meeting with her right now....."

Suddenly the door to the lounge bursts open, and standing in the doorway is one excited little grease monkey.
Gidget squeals with delight, "You're okay!" and throws herself at her friends on the couch. She wraps her arms around the necks and squeezes tight. "OhmygodI'msohappy! I was watching the monitors to see when you guys woke up, but I got busy. I totally would have been here earlier but I was doing stuff and...I'm glad you guys are safe!"
The newly created steel neural port in the back of her skull stands out from the rest of her slowly growing hair.

"Gidget!" Ako exclaimed, wrapping his arms around her. "It's so good to see you again!" It felt like he hadn't seen her in months. His joy faded, however, when one of his hands moved to the back of her head. "Uh, Gidge, what is this?"

Tansy smiled somewhat as she felt the small girl embrace her. "Hello." She said softly as she reached back and scratched at her wings once more. She winced as she pulled her hand back, a few white feathers sitting in it. She sighed, and brushed them off of her hand. When Ako seemed upset she leaned forwards and took a look for herself. "What happened? Are you okay honey?"

Gidget pulled back and rubbed the back of her head nervously, "Oh, this thing? It's a N.I.P. A neural interface port. I installed it so i could control my suit with less effort. A direct link to my brain allows a mere thought to move my suit, as opposed to relying on my questionable reflexes. Neat huh?"

"I guess so." Tansy shrugged somewhat. She kind of understood what she was saying, but her head was fogged at the moment. She was happy to see that Gigdet was not only okay, but back to herself. Happy and perky as ever. "So.... what else did we miss?"

"Y-yeah. Cool." Ako said, taking his hand away from the plug. Visions of his personal horror by Mr. Ray flooded his mind. This was too similar to the monster for his comfort.

Trinity smiled as old friends reunited. Her eye brows raised as she noticed the metal rimmed hole on the back of her neck. She wondered to herself How could I have not noticed it before? Was it there the last time I saw her ad the dinner table? She stood up to take a closer look as Gidget explains the neural interface port. She thought it was strange that she actually put the hole in the back of her neck by herself. Aside from her thought she shrugs and says, "Well if it helps control the suit then, cool."
The last time she saw Gidget she hadn't undergone the training with Freya yet. She carried herself with a little more confidence, her muscles were much more toned than they were earlier.

Gidget shakes her head and looks at Tansy, "You've been missing a lot. A few new super villains, Shane got hurt, and now we've got a whole lot of trouble to deal with. But I've got a plan to put these guys down."
Gidget laughs nervously then looks over at Trinity. Her eyes go super wide and she gasps, "Holy cow Trinity! You got ripped! What did Freya do to you?"

On Gidget's reaction, Trinity places her hand behind her head and laughed a little lol sweatdrop "Freya and I did a shadow link, in the shadow realms. What took 15 minutes out here covered a life time of training in there. Speaking of her we were in the middle of learning how to shape shift shadows when it seemed she was called away on something. I wonder if it has something to do with her brother Teshou...he ... hasn't come back yet." her expression grew worried and filled with concern.

Gidget's brow turns up with worry as well. Teshoumaru and Freya were two of the strongest meta-humans known so far. The idea that something could happen to either one of them was unsettling. She turns her head toward Tansy and Ako and asks, "So what happened to you guys? You practically disappeared after that fire."

A groggy Shane Morris cracks his eyes open slowly. The bright light above him hurts his head. Part of him wishes he could just go back to sleep, but he his scientific mind wont allow it. He has to know what is going on around him. Why is he laying on an operating table, sedated, and restrained.
Restrained? He pulls against his wrist restraints weakly as he mutters, "What's going on?"
One of the men standing around him looks down quickly, ""How is he awake? No matter...Shane, listen very closely. Your spine is beyond repair. We are trying an alternate method to rebuild it. It's an order from the highest level in Valhalla, so you needn't worry. Just breath in the gas and let us work. I promise you wont be disappointed."
Before Shane could protest further, a mask is forcefully placed on his face while a simultaneous injection is pushed into an IV in his arm. His eyes flutter as they bring in a container marked with a bio-hazard placard, and he goes to sleep once more.
