I have now, but I've heard that one before. There is also evidence that someone did somewhere in the world. If I could find my biology notebook I could find the specifics, but there is one common STD that only occurs naturally in the fecal system of sheep.

EDIT: He also missed a few. Like the one about all Germans being Nazis.
