GIMP (For those who don't know, the GNU Image Manipulating Program) is a Linux program... meaning one thing... It's gonna be hard to learn xP It was made for a completely different OS than Windows, but luckily, someone decided to make a version for us Windows people.

And its' free~ Always a plus. XD
I just never really got around to learning it. I just wish my art program would have a transparency tool and a layering option...But it doesn't...it's like a souped up version of Paint. XD
