Kimmi snorted as she brought up the cameras at the elevators of every floor. "In the basement, but all the others are working and there's no movement on any of the floors." She eyed Kay. "I don't think so, don't make me knock you the hell out again." She said showing Kay the real her, the not so innocent and little girl looking her. The fierce glare she shot Kay had frightened more than one of her Father's men into doing what ever she wanted. "You're cut up like thanksgiving turkey and you just had some brain cells fried. You are in no condition to do anything." She eyed Kay. "I'm more of a match for you than you think." She warned.

"If I'm already cut up what the problem?" she asked, mentally doing an inventory and finding all of her weapons where she'd left them. She smiled at Pinky. "Besides... I'm faster." she stated, snatching an ear piece with a grin before disappearing into the hallway. She raced toward the malfunctioning camera at a speed she'd yet to see an experiment, much less a human, match. Kai pulled out her twin blades as she turned a corner, racing down the other hall she stuck the ear piece in. But not before making sure to turn the volume down... Pinky was sure to try and give her an ear full.

"Faster is not always the easiest way to go." Kimmi said into the piece, the sound of her sai's grating along the inside of the air vents as she let her self basically free fall down the vent could be made out in the back ground. "See you at the bottom Kay. I'm sealing the stair door if I beat you." She said with a smirk as she dropped through a vent cover and onto the floor. She grunted as she rolled and raced for the stair door to flip the lock.

Kay grinned. "To bad I'm crazy then." she stated, leaping over the railing and free falling to the bottom. Rolling under the door as it fell shut. Flicking the end of her jacket out of the way before it closed she dusted herself off and smiled. "Don't ever tempt me P." she stated, smiling, into the mic.

Kimmi frowned at that and darted down a different hall. She headed straight for the elevators. "Don't ever underestimate me Kay." She warned. "Everyone does and they pay for it in the end."

"I'm not underestimating P." Kay stated into the mic as she rounded the corner. Dashing down the hallway that was perpendicular to the one with the elevators she allowed herself a small smile. "Just reminding ya that I'm just crazy enough to match ya."

Kimmi laughed. "That may be true." She allowed as she rounded the corner straight into the elevator alcove. She stopped short and frowned. The doors were open, she hadn't sealed them. She walked to the edge and looked down the shaft, nothing but the smashed elevator. Looking up she jerked back in time to avoid some claws. She lashed out with her sai, severing some clawed fingers and pulled the flash light from her pack. "The elevator shaft is the only area where there are no lights, they are using it as a safe place to hide from the light, that's why they still haven't come out on the other floors."

Kay changed to a jog as she moved up beside Pinky. "Guess that means only one thing..." she turned to the girl with a strangely psychotic smile on her face. "Base jumping."

Kimmi arched an eyebrow. "There's nothing but a smashed elevator down." She pointed up the shaft. "They are all up there. Last I heard base jumping mean down, not up."

"Which is why we start from the top." Kay commented, turning to head back to the stairwell. She swirled her twin swords as she moved down the hallway. "Besides, base jumping sounds like fun."

Kay whistled as she walked down the hallway, the tips of her swords gently grazing the walls on either side. Their was something about killing monsters that made her giddy. Spinning the swords in her hands, Kay put them away as they reached the stairway door and held it open for Pinky.

Kimmi rolled her eyes at the woman and walked in. She stoped for a moment and looked up. "You do realize how many floors up we have to walk don't you?" She asked as she made a face.

"That's what genetically enhanced super freaks like me are for." Kay stated. In less then a second she put her weapons away, grabbed Pinky, and leaped up. Grabbing onto the railing she used it as a platform to leap to the next floor's railing, she repeated the process not bothering to pause during leaps for anything... It was alot quicker then walking.
