Kilik clenched his fists. Yes! A battle with Napalm! He always enjoyed having these battles. Every time they had fought, however, neither combatant won. The first was due to rain and the second was a draw. He opened his mouth to speak and answer Kirsa's request, but stopped when he saw a battle occur in his peripheral. The two trainers didn't look familiar to him at all, and he obviously didn't know either one of them. His eyes widened when he saw the Shiny Typhlosion. Shiny Pokemon are so rare! he bit his lip, I'll have to ask her where she managed to catch it when our battles are over... he thought, scratching his chin.

"Kilik Ranmo, son of the world famous Pokemon Excavator Joeseph Ranmo!" he gave a two finger 'Show me yo' moves' salute. "I'm not too interesting, but let's see...I trained alongside Koga for three months! That's something right?" he laughed a little bit to himself, "And I'm determined to become a Gym Leader!" He looked down at Cable and smiled. The plug was glaring daggers at Napalm already. If his blood wasn't boiling before, it certainly was now. Sparks were showering out of his prongs, zapping harmlessly on the concrete.

"Looks like we'll have two Pokemon battles going on at once," Kilik laughed, jumping back a few feet in a dramatic fashion. "Two big boys going over there," he waved a casual hand at the battle between the Ursaring and Typhlosion, "and two kiddos buttin' heads over here. But we can cause just as much flair and chaos as them! Right Cable?" He laughed, still keeping his eyes locked on that shiny Typhlosion.

"Ele! Eleeekid!" He shouted, clenching his little fists and gritting his teeth. A small aura of electricity sparked around him before shattering into little bolts that disappeared before hitting the ground. He was definitely ready to go. He was going to prove to that annoying Magby just who was boss!

When the Charizard stood up all the way Robin and Luffy's eyes widened to the size of dinner plates. It was so big! And so cool! "Oh wow! Your so awesome!" She was practically bouncing on the heels of her feet. On her shoulder Luffy couldn't help but gibber excitedly, when the Charizard's hand came close to Robin to pat her on the head he scampered up it so that now he was on the awesome pokemon! "Oh Luffy! Don't climb on others peoples pokemon!" Glancing up at the large but very cool and powerful Charizard she grinned sheepishly at him. "Sorry for him, he must really think you are cool to go on your shoulder like that." She giggled somewhat nervously. "Umm I don't know if you have a name but my name is Robin Knight and on your shoulder is Monkey D. Luffy, but Luffy for short. I don't even know if you really care." Giggling again she couldn't help grinning extra wide. "Oh wow you are just so cool! And strong! I bet you could defeat every pokemon here!" Robin couldn't help it Charizards were just so cool!

It took every ounce of Napalm's self control not to torch that obnoxious Elekid right where he stood. So he got himself a nickname and think it automatically made him cool? Cool maybe, but this little Magby was hot, red hot. Napalm returned the glare gladly, and followed his trainer to a more open area. As much as he wanted to set the plug ablaze, he didn't want anyone else getting hurt.

"Be back kiddos," he said to the crowd. "Gotta have a quick match. It was nice to meet you all." Mike gave a short wave good-bye and walked off. He flashed a thumbs up at the chick with the shiny Typhlosion. "I'm rootin' for you girl, trounce that bear!" While he didn't really like the color, she at least had good taste in Pokemon. It's important for Fire trainers to stick together. As he watched Napalm hurry over to the battle spot, he wondered if Nitro was staying out of trouble. Granted, most people wouldn't leave their giant fire dragon unattended, but Nitro was a very well trained Pokemon so he wasn't too worried. It only took a moment for Mike to spot his Pokemon being admired by a girl and what he could only guess was her Pokemon. He smiled as he saw the Charizard pat her head gently. "You behave yourself Nitro!" he yelled into cupped hands, just to remind him. "Come over here when you're done with your new friend!"

The Charizard perked up at the sound of his trainer's voice, and saw him and Napalm running over to an open spot. It was no surprise to see Kilik and his Elekid running to that same area. Nitro let out a loud encouraging bark towards the little Magby, he would love to see him finally beat that little runt. Back to the girl. Robin eh? Nice name, and yes, he was awesome. This girl was really nice, he liked her. Before he knew it the little Luffy monkey was climbing up his arm and running around on top of him. It tickled, but aside from that he didn't mind. His name? Yeah, he had one. If only he could talk. Nitro lifted his arm and pointed to Mike in the distance, hoping she would get what he was trying to insinuate. At Robin's remark on him being able to defeat every Pokemon here the Charizard smiled. Not all at once, but probably one on one, unless it was a Water type or something.

Mike soon reached his side of the newly anointed battlefield. He turned on his heel, as did Napalm. "Now Kilik," he called out. "I want this battle to be pretty quick, I got a lot of visiting to do and I still haven't seen Sasha yet." He stuffed his hands in his pockets and grinned at the now growing crowd around him. He heard a few comments on how small Napalm was, and one of the older women wondered what other Pokemon he had. "Sorry folks," he said. "Just the tykes this time. Maybe later you'll get to see my champs." He knelt down and pat Napalm's bulbous head. "You ready?"

The Magby let out a confident snort. He was born ready.

"That's what I like to hear." smiled Mike as he stood up. "Let's get this party started!" the boy shouted, striking a pose. A bit of fire shot from his right hand.

Sasha felt the warm sun beat down on her body as she lied down on her blanket. It felt so nice, she could just stay here forever. Prickles stood beside her, hissing at the occasional boy who looked too long as they passed. "No need to be a total sourpuss Prickles." grumbled Sasha as she tilted up her sunglasses to look at her Pokemon. "No one's gonna hurt me here. Just relax." The Cacturne nodded slowly, forcing a smile. He lightly kicked the sand, looking back at his trainer. She nodded. In no time was waist deep in sand, quite enjoying the cooler sand below the surface. "There you go darlin'. Just like that." she said with a smile, lying back down. Part of her missed the silly little Cacnea that he used to be, but since his evolution he'd become very well behaved and strong, so she couldn't complain.

Seeing the Charizard motion to somewhere else Robin looked over that way trying to see what he was pointing to. Unfortunately there were a lot of people around and Robin wasn't that tall. Turning back to Nitro she looked sad for a second. " I'm sorry... there are a lot of people there, and I am no where near as tall as you are!" Laughing slightly she smiled up at the large pokemon. " I know you can't talk and all but I really really like you. Maybe you and your trainer, where ever they are, would like a free lunch. My friend offered to pay for everyone I brought when it came to lunch time." If Ampersand offered to pay then she was going to take advantage of it. "Oh but you don't have to if you don't want to. I mean if you all have other plans and such." She trailed off looking to the side seeing all the battles going on. She knew that she should probably be training her pokemon but she really wanted to relax. Turning back to Nitro she looked at his wings and smiled. "I love flying pokemon. It must be great being able to fly, go wherever you want whenever you want, also its free! My little Yanma can do all these tricks up in the air. It is really cool to watch."

On the Charizards shoulder Luffy felt like he was on top of the world. It was so cool! The orange flying fire lizard was so warm! Plus he was so big and cool and strong! He hoped that one day he could get as strong as this pokemon. Heh, maybe he could see this cool orange fire lizard get into some sort of battle! That would be really cool.

Ryka smiled and nodded to the girl -- Serenity -- and after making sure that she would be okay, returned to her spot next to Jaeshan. When.. Kirsa, was it? mentioned that they all say their names, Ryka tried to speak up a bit. However, she still sounded pretty quiet. "My name is Ryka. This is my partner, Iris." Ryka pointed towards her Espeon sitting near her feet.

Ryka noticed that Jaeshan had shied away from the group. After all the introductions were made and some started wandering away, Ryka linked her arm through his. "It's alright," she said quietly, knowing how he felt right now, "It is a party, so you should try to have fun. I'm glad you're here."

"It's free, it's free! No money whatsoever! I'm just trying to spread the festival cheer, you know~? Blythe exclaimed to the brunette as she patted the cute little blue bird on the head.

In response to the red-head's question, Blythe pouted. "Well, I dunno what you'd do with it, but they're just fun, you know? They make people happy!" She was so simple, but well, that was her excuse.

Blythe was not fased by the tough-chick's intense look at all. Actually, she relished the thought of making so many new friends! She jumped right in when it was her turn. "Hi everyone! I know I probably look weird, but don't mind that! My name's Blythe, and these are my two Pokemon, Mireille," she lifted up the little Snorunt, who was squirming wildly, obviously not liking the attention, "and my Drifloon." Blythe said, almost without a breath in between. When she took in the confused faces, she added, "Oh, right! Drifloon is a Pokemon from Sinnoh. I'm also from Sinnoh! And I'mma coordinator too! Please 'ta meetcha~!"

"Go get 'em, Mikey!" Kasiya cheered, waving at Mike and Napalm as they rushed off to start their battle. It would be interesting to see how well the two young Pokemon would do, and Kasiya couldn't help but note the size of both of them. Can't call them babies anymore, she thought. Both Mike and Kilik already knew who she was so there was no point in introducing herself to them. Smiling wistfully she turned back to the rest of the group, particularly Kirsa and Riza. "My name is Kasiya," she said, nodding. "And of course, Shocker, my Raichu," she added, prompting the mouse to grin and wave up at the two girls. It occurred to her then that she'd never told anyone her last name, not even Keegan. The thought made her giggle but she still chose to keep it a secret for now. "Let's see... uh, my dad is the leader of the Vermilion City Pokemon gym, and uh... well, I love being a Pokemon trainer." Sure it was corny, but it was better than telling everyone that her sister was second-in-command to Giovanni of Team Rocket. She was sure that would go over really well.

Shocker was glad to meet a friendly Pokemon like Sneasel, and when she showed interest in the egg the Raichu moved out of the way to let her get a better look. "Chu," she said, nodding. As though to prove a point the egg began to wriggle around even more, if it was even possible. It gave off a sudden burst of heat that was enough to make Shocker stagger back. "Rai! Chu!" she cried, waving her arms around.

"Hmm?" Kasiya asked, now feeling the heat given off by the egg. "Oh wow..." she murmured, bending down to have a closer look. All at once the glowing light from the egg grew intensely bright, so much so that it was nearly impossible to look at. The oval-shaped egg began to morph and change, and the light dimmed almost as quickly as it had came.

And there, sitting in the sand was a newly born Charmander. The baby Pokemon yawned and rubbed its eyes before looking up at Kasiya. As the girl's face came into view the little lizard began to smile. "Chaaar!" Now the first thing that Kasiya noticed was that the Charmander's tailflame was non-existent, but as the newborn stood up it ignited with a small hissing sound.

"OHMYGOSH! You're here!" Kasiya cried, falling to her knees and pulling the baby Pokemon into her arms. "It's so good to finally meet you!" The baby let out a happy squeal and flailed around, apparently very happy to meet her new trainer. Kasiya looked over at Keegan and smiled, tears visible in the corners of her eyes. She tried to speak but no words came, so instead she just mouthed them - "Thank you."
=-=-=-=-=

Jaeshan listened to everyone identify themselves and he nodded, taking it all in. "Well I guess it's my turn," he murmured, standing up to his full height. For a moment he watched the two older trainers unleash their Pokemon, although oddly enough Jaeshan was more interested in the Ursaring than the oddly-coloured Typhlosion. "My name is Jaeshan. Jaeshan Devereaux. The first Pokemon I ever caught was a Poochyena, and I appreciate all types of Pokemon." He hoped his last remark wouldn't be insulting to anyone who had a preference for type. When Ryka linked her arm with his he felt a sort of warmth creep through him, although it could have been because of the sudden burst of heat from Kasiya's egg. "Thank you, Ryka," he whispered, leaning down and kissing her cheek. "That means a lot to me."

When Blythe introduced herself and her Pokemon, Jaeshan couldn't help but be interested in the Drifloon. "What an amazing Pokemon," he murmured, watching it closely as it floated around, much like a balloon with a mind of its own. "There must be a lot of amazing Pokemon in Sinnoh." He didn't get a chance to finish his thoughts on the matter though, as Kasiya's egg suddenly hatched and a newborn Charmander stood there, taking in the sights of the world it had just entered. "Heh, congratulations Kasiya," he laughed. "It sure seems to like you." That wasn't a surprise though, as he couldn't think of anyone, human or Pokemon alike, that didn't like her.

Ryka blushed. [She was about to reply when Kasiya's egg gave off a blinding light. It was hatching! Where it once stood, the smallest, most adorable Charmander sat. Ryka gave an astonished look.

"Wow, Kassie, congratulations! That's so amazing.. and he's adorable too! Or is it a she?" Ryka didn't bother much with the gender. She bent down to get a closer look. "I am so happy for you, Kassie." Ryka said through a smile.

~x~x~

"Yeah, he's pretty awesome, isn't he?" Blythe replied, watching the balloon flit around dazily. Sure, he was kinda dopey and not exactly all there, but eh, who is? The balloon took a chance at trying to lift up Jaeshan -- he's failed, however. He kept trying to drag him away.

Blythe's attention was diverted to the shining ball of light in the sand. Suddenly, it burst and a small adorable orange-lizard-thing was there. It kinda looked like a small version of the big one with the brown-haired dude.

"AWWW!! How ADORABLE~" Blythe practically yelled, jumping up and down. She rushed over to give the kneeling Kasiya an (awkward) hug. Blythe was never one for personal space, to many people's dusmay. "That's so great!! Congrats, Kassie!" Blythe cheered, staring at the lizard adoringly. The Drifloon floated over, curious about the commotion. He poked at the little lizard, until Blythe poked him back to make him go away. He wandered back over to Jaeshan absentmindedly.

Mireille, however, had this oh-so-great fear of both people and fire, and took to hiding behind Blythe. As soon as Blythe had jumped over to Kasiya, Mireille was left scrambling around for a hiding place. My, she'd never get over it, would she?

Kilik glanced at the group around him and rolled his eyes slightly. It's not as if he wasn't used to fighting in front of a crowd. He just didn't think it was necessary to stop to watch. Didn't they have other fun things to do? "My my. Mike's quite the busy man," Kilik crossed his arms across his chest and smirked. "Last I saw of Sasha, she was walking towards the beach. You actually just missed her when you showed up." The trainer looked down at Elekid. "Ready, Cable?"

The plug was as ready as ever to finally trounce that excuse of a Pokemon. Cable planted his feet firmly to the ground, smirking at his opponent. This was going to be easy, that was for sure. He sparked a little bit more to show off, despite his Timid nature. No, this was personal! His pride was at stake!

"Tone it down a bit," Kilik said tersely, lifting a hand to scratch his chest a bit. The salty breeze was foreign to his skin and it didn't feel very good either. "I suppose I'll start things off like usual. Cable, go with your Shock Wave!" He punched the air in front of him. I'd try to keep him away, but Napalm does know plenty of long reaching moves. Elekid knows what to watch for.

"Eeee...leekid!" He slammed his eyes shut and focused a hefty amount of energy into the electricity around his body to form a ball of lightning above his head. It continued to crackle and grow larger before he screamed once more and let the sphere fly from his prongs, aimed directly for Napalm.

Mike let out an unamused snort. He hated that move. Thankfully it wasn't a heavy hitting attack, so at the very least it wasn't a huge problem. Hm, heavy hitting moves... That gave him an idea. "Napalm, let's show him how much your Psychic has improved." said Mike calmly, planting a hand on his hip. "Send that plug skyward."

Napalm felt the usual discomfort of Cable's shocks, his joints thankfully not locking up this time as he began to wave his arms to prepare for his mental attack. After a short moment of concentrating, the Magby opened his now shining blue eyes, a similar light wrapping around his opponent. With a wave of his hand, he was sent up into the air. Mike smirked.

"Only to come crashing down!"

On cue, Napalm raised both hands in the air and slammed the ground with both open palms, shooting the Elekid into the cement forcefully.

Kirsa was pleased that everyone seemed to be taking to the idea - or they were complying, at least. Good, now maybe things won't be so awkward. When it came around to Kasiya's turn, Kirsa visibly looked surprised. "Kasiya, your father is...? Really? I was not aware that he..." She trailed off; Kasiya had refrained from saying his name. Perhaps it was a secret? Kirsa couldn't understand why she would want to keep it secret, but just in case, she said no more on the subject. Kirsa had only met the man a few times, because of her father, so it wasn't like she knew him personally or anything, but...How interesting, though! Maybe if she and Kasiya ended up alone, it could be discussed further.

Though she had been focusing on each person who had spoke thus far, for some reason Kirsa found her eyes beginning to wander - past the group, the battling trainers, instead looking to the crowds on and near the beach. She didn't really know why she was looking over here. It's not like there was anything interesting about a bunch of people and their Pokemon wandering about, and she certainly wasn't window-shopping for boys in their trunks, or men in white jumper suits and matching hats, or - ...wait, what? Kirsa blinked and looked again; oh, there was a sailor in the crowd? Not really unusual, considering this was a port town, after all, and where there were ships there would be sailors. Indeed, it looked like he was heading in the direction of the docks, and as she watched, one of those lovely breezes came in from the sea, causing his hat to briefly flutter up into the air, only to float down to a stop on the ground a few feet away.

Without a word, Kirsa slipped away from the group and walked over, scooping up the hat.
Curious, Hans looked up at his trainer to see where she was going, and once it became clear that she was going to find the owner of the hat, he, too, silently trotted away to follow at her heels. Weaving in and out of the crowd, she made her way to where the sailor was looking about for his missing item. He was tall and quite burly, as was typical of sailors, but this one looked younger than most, with short, dark brown hair and blue eyes. The sailor lad caught site of Kirsa when she was a few steps away and, seeing that she was holding his hat, smiled.

"Ah, there it is. Damn thing got away from me."

"I saw." Kirsa held it out, and he took it back and placed it upon his head with a grin. "Thanks, miss. I take it you're here for the party?"She nodded in affirmation. Suddenly the sailor lad arched a brow, his grin fading as he looked her up and down. "...Wait. Girls aren't normally built like that. Are you a body builder or something?"A body builder? First an action figure, and now this? She was just being called all sorts of things today; perhaps she should start keeping a running tally. Kirsa shook her head. "No. I'm an army cadet."

His face brightened at this. "Oho, you're a little cadet lass! Don't see many of your type." Once more Kirsa nodded, mentally adding 'cadet lass' to the list. At this rate she was going to actually have to start a list to keep in her bag. Hans scowled up at the sailor; he was a little too blatant about things for the Houndour's liking, but since Kirsa didn't seem to be bothered by it, Hans didn't make a fuss. The lad didn't seem bothered by the Houndour at all, in fact it was possible that he didn't even notice the young Pokemon.

"Well, Cadet Lass, I'd love to stay and chat, but I've got work to be doing."
"Actually, my name is-" Kirsa suddenly found herself cut off, unable to say anymore, due to the fact that the sailor had just pressed a finger against her lips. "Ssh, don't tell me your name! It'll ruin the magic of when we next meet. Okay?" He gave her a look to see if she understood, and when he receive a nod in return he grinned. "Good. Until next time. And thanks again!" And with that he slipped off into the crowd, heading back toward the dock.

... ... ...Was this the part where she was supposed to break out into a song about how she has no idea what was going on? That was how it always happened in opera, anyways. Hm...Well then. Kirsa turned to return to the group, but once more something on the beach caught her eye - pink hair? It was Sasha. Maybe she would want to come join the group, now that they were all together. The military girl wandered over to where Sasha was laying out on the sand. "Hello, Sasha. Enjoying yourself?"

Keegan just smirked at Blythe's response about the balloons. He didn't need balloons to be happy or have fun, but, he decided to stay quiet. He also showed no interest in the two battles that had very suddenly broke out, although he did raise an eyebrow at the oddly-coloured Typhlosion, but mostly because it was female as well as having an odd colouring. One thing he noted was that the majority of the spectators seemed to be interested in the Ursaring/Typhlosion fight. Those two must have trained a lot in order to have raised such tough Pokemon, he thought. However, his thoughts on the matter were quickly redirected as Shocker's excited cries filled the air, and he turned in time to see the ignition of the little Charmander's tail. "She's beautiful, Kas," he said with a nod. "You'd better raise her well or The Dame will have something to say about it."

Deciding that it was up to him to examine the newborn, he made his way over to them. "Out of the way," he grumbled, shooing Blythe away from Kasiya. "Give her some space, would you?" He knelt down next to Kasiya, looking over the baby from head to toe. Everything was where it should be, and even though he wasn't a Pokemon doctor by the barest of standards, he knew the Charmander was very healthy. "What are you going to name her?" he asked Kasiya, glad to have found an excuse to get close to her again among all these people.

M.A. cracked a huge grin at Kirsa's declaration, resisting the urge to laugh -- not of ridicule, oh no, but rather of admiration for her straight-forwardness. Silly how a group of twelve could stand around being awkward, and not one of them come up with any idea to break the ice!

The girl patiently absorbed the names like a sponge, working hard to remember each one; it was somewhat of an embarrassing nuisance to forge someone's name and have to ask for it again. By first impressions, she figured she rather enjoyed Kirsa's frankness -- it was nice to see someone not bat around the bush in order to circumnavigate odd, unspoken social conventions. She wasn't sure if the girl would like her in return, but ah well, what could you do? Then there was Keegan, who seemed pretty grumpy and uninviting -- a little intimidating, M.A. thought, uncertain if she'd approach him; Riza, who seemed pretty nice -- a coordinator? how interesting, reminded her of her brother; Serenity, the soft-spoken cute girl with the Mudkip; a rather pompous Mike and Kilik who made her giggle at their out-spokenness; cheerful Kasiya and serious-sounding Jaeshan; equally cheery Blythe and a sweet Ryka who seemed pretty close with Jaeshan. Look at 'em all go.

"I'm M.A.," she said, forgetting to mention her full name, but shucks, she hardly ever responded that name anyways. "And this is Ulani," she said, motioning to the blue bird who now had her smiley face balloon tied securely to one of her wings, tipping her a little off-balance with its buoyancy. "Don't really got nothing interesting about me," she added thoughtfully, having figured that no one really cared to hear another introduction.

Meanwhile, two battles started up nearby, and just seconds after this Kasiya's egg hatched into an adorable little Charmandar! "Congrats!" M.A. said, although her voice was drowned out by all the other congratulations, but she didn't mind. Anyways, Keegan and Kasiya seemed to be having an intimate moment, leaving the rest of them to stand around and uh, stand. Taking a hit from Kirsa, M.A. cleared her throat quietly and hopefully ventured, "Well, the beach ain't made for standing around. How 'bout we all do something? Maybe tag-team battles? Volleyball? Something fun?"

Daemyn and Tora's Pokeballs twitched violently from within M.A.'s little side-swung bag at the mention of battle, the two being more enthusiastic about battling than their trainer herself.

Riza watched the two boys dash off to begin their battle, shaking her head, particularly at the dark-haired boy. Never before had she ever met someone so… arrogant. Not only that but he didn’t even wait around to hear everyone’s names. As much as she disliked fire-type Pokemon she couldn’t help but hope that the magby would come out as the victor. She turned her attention back to the group, noticing that Kirsa had wandered off on her own. ‘I wonder where she’s going,’ Riza thought, the startled cries of her new acquaintances catching her attention and she looked back to see what was going on. She didn’t need her Pokedex to know that the newly hatched Pokemon was a Charmander, and it was a little comical to see just how fast Sneasel ran away from it. Riza giggled and bent down to hug her Pokemon, in time to see Keegan go over to Kasiya and kneel next to her. She frowned at this, but wasn’t sure why. Why should she be jealous? She barely even knew the redhead, and for some reason Kasiya’s cheerfulness was almost too much to bear, as nice as she seemed to be.

Riza folded her arms and took a few steps back, trying to keep the envious, annoyed glares she kept shooting at the couple fawning over the Charmander to a minimum. When M.A. spoke up about tag battles she flinched noticeably. “Uh, I’m not really into the battling scene,” she said defensively, holding her hands up in the air. She decided to leave out her thoughts on not wanting her poor Sneasel to get pummelled to a pulp. Looking at all the Pokemon who were out and about she figured the only one Sneasel stood a chance at beating would be Kasiya’s Charmander. But that would hardly be fair, seeing as she was like, three minutes old. “I think I’d like to go swimming, actually,” she said. “Let’s go, Sneasel!” Together Riza and Sneasel dashed off towards the water.

Train had begun to wander in between the many battles that were popping up on the beach, friends and rivals testing the skills of their Pokemon, probably because this was the first time in a while they had seen each other, or something of the sort. She eventually came upon a battle between a Magby and an Elekid that looked pretty interesting, and she stopped to watch, her Pikachu looking even more interested than her in the battle. as he sat by her heels. Train was impressed by how much effort both Pokemon were putting in, obviously giving it their all.

It took her a few moments to realize that the trainer of the Magby was the same trainer that had caused the commotion with his Charizard before. Judging by the flames on his bathing suit and the fact that the only two Pokemon of his she had seen were fire-type, she had to guess he had a love for pyro things. She also recognized a couple of the people around the battle and his opponent, as they'd been talking to the boy when he'd first made his dramatic entrance. Train wondered if she could maybe try and talk to them after, but for now she kept her distance and simply watched the battle.

"I sure am." replied the pink haired girl, leaning up to get a look at who was talking to her. "Now who might that b-" As she lifted her shades, she couldn't help but stare. Femininity was not too prevalent on her new friend. "Wow Kirsa." was all she could say at first. "That's pretty..." Nice words. Nice words. "...impressive! I don't know if I'd ever have the motivation to spend that much time in the gym." It wasn't a total lie. While she was a bit surprised to see that much muscle on a girl, it was sure a sight to behold. Perhaps commendable would be the word to describe it.

"Nice to see you finally get into a suit." Sasha said with a smile, dropping the subject. She put her shades back on and laid back down on her blanket. "Come to join me in soaking up the sun and snag some boys? Or do you have something else on your mind?"

Prickles shifted a bit in the sand, turning to see this new friend of Sasha's. The Cacturne looked her up and down, then her Pokemon. Not sensing any danger, but sensing a bit of annoyance from his trainer, he continued to enjoy his sand bath. "Cac." She could be so stubborn sometimes.
