Swordfish!!! =D
it tastes like fish of course, but it has the consistency of a steak so you can tenderize and grill it in abit of oil and it tastes great!!! =D

the cooking trick is to treat it like a steak and not a fish.
you get the best flavor that way ^_^
also: goes well with chedder rotinni or mac & cheese!

made it once and it came out awesome over rice. used chicken, carrots, celery and potatoes whee

I have trouble with curry - allergic to tomatoes confused
I do have a great black bean chilli I can make though - I call it Four-Death Chilli
Because 4 different animals died to make it (Beef, Turkey, Lamb, and Pork)

lol nice. but the curry im talking about doesn't have tomatoes, just vegetables and spice blocks that melt into the curry sauce
