back from the cookie party ..... think I'm going go to a corner and mope.... apparently there is a possibility that I inherited mom's bad luck when it comes to baking TTwTT Picture of my cookies and my sad taleIt's never that she didn't know how to cook, we just wind up with bad results.... like once we made a pie... turns out what we used wasn't apple but plums... it was too sour to eat... Years ago she made a pie with pears by mistake, again it was to be apple but at least this was delicious as I was told... I used to come home from school to the smell of burnt popcorn and the smoke alarm going off, and mom fanning the smoke away.... I once smelled garlic all the way from outside the house after coming home from the bus... Mom had used an entire container of chopped garlic for her sweet meat sauce. It was really good and kept the vampires away for a solid week.... then there's the time she blew up the kitchen while jarring tomatoes.... it was a miracle no one was hurt since everyone was in separate rooms when it happened. Glass and tomatoes were all over the kitchen and even on the wall of the hallway (as if it made a complete u-turn). I was a baby during this but I vaguely remember it. Mom was so frantic that she didn't realize she called granddad and not dad at works. Granddad was nice enough to let dad off early to help his wife that 'just blew up the kitchen'. .... yep =w=; this very much has me wondering if there is a cooking bad luck in our family or in this house.....

boo133 Yup, solely because I read up that the KAMI-CON event in Alabama University was founded by the "Bama SOS Brigade"...Cool, no? I look damn good in my Haruhi Cosplay~ >///w///< pfft~! nice! XD I don't think NC's Animazement has that kind of story though it's been running for about 17 years now?
