"Anakin?!" Karen was shocked to see him, mirroring the disgust on the faces of the other students, from the insults. And why the hell was he yelling at her.

"You need to calm down. I'm not running around behind your back! It's not like that! We are just keeping each other company." She looked behind him briefly to see if Powell was alright and he was, so she focused on Anakin.

She tried to keep a level head since only one of them was going to loose it, but it was really hard for Karen not to snap back at him,

"Come on lets got talk about this outside. Please." She added the last part to try and reason with him.

"Peace all that stuff! You can't even bring peace to your self! Look at how heated you are getting, Mr' Red Eyes!"

She was trying to keep her cool but his attitude was seriously pissing her off.

"Guess what you raciest jerk Earth is my home now! I plan on doing a lot of "debasing" with them here!" She had no idea what debasing was, she hoped too wasn't bad, she just really wanted to throw it back in his face.

"If you want an apology so bad, well here it is pal!"

She through her hands out into the open. She could see and feel stairs looking their was. If she was trying to avoid making a scene, she was doing a really bad job, but then by this point she didn't are anymore. It was too late now.

""I'm sorry!" She shouted.

" I'm sorry your too stupid to realize that I invited you to this Prom months ago! I'm sorry that you didn't get my messages! I'm sorry that you ignored me, that you let me down, that you never trying to even contact me for months at a time. I'm Sorry that you feel hanging out with Earthlings is a problem! And i'm so, very, truly, sorry to have ever met you!"

She said all of this really fast, in the heat of the moment but the thing that really got under her skin was that he brought up that crazy, kidnapper and all around psycho path and compare her to herself.

" I hope you can accept my apology, If you don't that's too bad! And if you like that crazy b***h Padme so much, Why don't you got ruin her night!! And GET THE HELL OUT OF MY PROM!"

"Don't worry Mister Kobe, I can handle a temper tantrum from a little boy. Just make sure to put him in the corner a few days."

Then she shouted over the defining silence.

"And Anakin, I don't have to tell you this, But Don't Call Me!"

Karen was breathing heavily, like she'd just raced around the world and back again, slowly slowed down to it's normal rate.

She was still staring daggers at Anakin as he was escorted out. Their eyes locked and she could feel his rage. She just shook her head in disgust.

It wasn't until Powell spoke to her that she realize just how long she'd stood in silence for.

"Huh? Leave? No way!" Karen's walls that had been crashing down tonight, where now higher and far more indestructible then ever. She wasn't about to show it but she was truly upset about what just happened it was like Anakin was a totally different person. And worse it looked like he was going to attack her. What the hell is wrong with him? Guess that didn't matter now. If she ever saw him again ti would be far too soon.

"I'm not leaving my Prom, not after that, I'm not letting anything ruin this night for me. Besides. I have a lot more "debasing" to do." She clearly thought that word mean something it didn't.

"So." She nudged her head to the tables. "How about we get you some dinner?" She said with a smirk.

Dani had just finished eating when that whole fiasco with Karen and Anakin happened.

She leaning into Dante and whispered.

"Guess Karen and Anakin are way over... serves him right." She looked back to Dante only to see him wince, odds where that it wasn't over the drama they just saw.

"Cassie?" She asked in a whisper so soft it was barely heard . "What ever it is you can tell me. I know you are hurting. I can tell." The couple where alone at the table for the moment as Wally and Linda where off somewhere and Karen and Chris where for off on the dance floor.

"We are alone. Please just tell me what's wrong..." She asked soothingly, putting her hands on his, and that's when she felt them... his hands, they felt like claws! She quickly looked under the table to see if what she felt was true and it was.

Wide eyed she gasped out "Oh my gawd..."

"AAAAHH!!!" Danielle screamed and fell back out of her chair.

"Oh my gawd! Dante!" She screamed! Quickly Witchblade covered her in its protecting armor, and Dani got up trying to talk to him.

"Listen to me! You have to stop! Just take a deep breath!" She didn't know what the hell was going on but she had to do something!

"Please! Just stop! You'll destroy everything!"

"About damn time!" Anakin was a surprise for Karen, but a monster appearing out of no where! Well that was just common place! "I was wondering when this was going to happen!" Karen cheered!

"Powell, this is starting to be the best date ever!"

Taking flight Karen pulled back her fist and aimed it at the giant Monster's head.

*Karen's punch split the table in half. Both pieces flew to either side of Chris. He calmly brushed a stray splinter from his coat and sat in a chair to watch Karen go to work.*

Aw shucks, Kare, you say the sweetest things. Here comes the Headmistress...gonna let her beat you to the punch.

*This was fun! He sat back to watch his date Lay The Smack Down.*

Karen's punch hit the demon right in the jaw as Diana lassoed it. The demon started to fly back a bit but then it broke out off the lasso... roared loudly ... and started to charge at Chris. The demon's claws drawn out as if it wanted to pick him apart limb by limb.
