she looked down, ashamed for even thinking he would. Hearing his words relaxed her mind, feeling that it held truth but, the fear was still there. She wrapped her arms around his neck, holding him as her face burried in his neck, crying.

Eyeing down at her as she buried her head in his neck Lan wraped one arm around her waist as the other was placed to the back of her head. Stroking his hand down her head as he rocked her the young man began to look down at the hounds as there eyes went from their normal disguised eyes to there hellish red then back.

A small whisper was heard, "I am sorry" as the breath of the youth tickled his neck. She didn't feel that he was not alive, but she didnt care he has shown her something noone has shown her. Compassion. That went further then anything else in the world, for that she was greatful. She kissed his cheek, and looked at him, the hot tears still flowling down her cheek. "I am sorry" She said again as she looked at him, one hand on his cool cheek.

Stretching form her place on the bed, she sat up. Realising that she had fallen asleep on Sheldon's bed, she slid off of it, stretching like the fox she was. Walking downstairs, she saw Yusa asleep on the couch. Stiffening, she walked over to him, pulling a blanket off of a chair and laying it on him. A smile tugged at her lips but it never spread. She turned on her heel and sat down at the bar. She glanced around the room once again and voiced her thoughts, "Where is Lan?"

taking her hand from his cheek Lan nodded his head with his friendly grin still on his face "Its okay you need not to applogize." Wiping the tears from her cheeks once again the young man turned her hand noticing the emblem. Tilting his head Lan looked up at her "Where did you get that?"

Her ears poked up in the direction of something in the forest. Standing and walking to the door, she bit her lip in thought. 'A child...in the middle of the forest?' Walking out of the door, she nodded in the direction of the people, then bounded off into the forest. Not forgetting Saiai, she picked the little kit up and went further into the woods. Reaching a cave, she peered in, smelling the air. 'Hounds?.....Lan!'

Rubbing at the emblem knowing it was permenant Lan sighed as he raised his gaze up to hers. releasing her hand Lan pulled her back to him comforting her as he continued to watch both hound.

sheldon sat up and layed in his bed and looked his cuts on his arm.

Walking into the cave entrance, she whistled softly to get the puppies' attention. Smiling as she saw the outlines of Said hounds appear as she walked closer, she held out her hand to pet them. "Lan?"

Hugging him back, she even wanted to know how she got the mark. She didn't cry but just layed her head on his shoulder, she felt a heart beat but, it was her own. The animals just layed there head down, as if they knew the truth of them both and they wont say.

Holding the young girl Lan eyed back up to Sakura "Sakura?" Getting up from the ground with Katie in his hands Lan made his way to her as the hounds raised there heads looking at Sakura as they made their way to her. "How are you?" Swapping the little girl over to one arm Lan wrapped his other arm around Sakura as he kissed her forehead.

Smiling as she felt the kiss, she leaned up and kissed him, before turning her onyx orbs back to the girl in his arm. Her smiled dimmed alittle, as she peered closer at the girl. "Lan..." She said threateningly. "What did you do?"
