Midori smiled before continuing on with another successful try. All the crab chucking from the night before was actually paying off. Or was it? If anything Midori questioned things like hard work paying off. She tried to be a good philosopher to see things at different points of view. She looked at Hiru who had a squirrel. She laughed. If anything she would have a crab as a pet. She grinned at the thought of that.

Midori shook the thought of a pet crab out of her head to focus on finishing up Chakra molding. She went for another go and saw a swirling ball of chakra in her hand. She smiled being content with this and looked over to the others again. She wondered what that poor coconut sized crustacean must have felt while being tossed. She was growing fond of Kirigakure's sea life and was thinking of how a crab would do in battle. Probably just hide in it's shell or something.

Eager to finish this up, Midori went for another try. This time she had the rocks. She still smiled because she expected this to happen soon enough. If she ever did something correct for two or three tries the next ten would be flunks. That was her philosophy with training. Though she didn't understand why others got so lucky with this stuff. This made her suspicious. But oh well.

Midori looked at her hands and slowly channeled chakra into them. Soon enough she was molding her chakra and she smiled. This training was coming to it's end and that made her happy. It took her long enough to get to her fifth try. Hopefully she could finish this quickly so she could move on to other stuff. She stood up and walked back to her seat and smiled. She looked over to the teacher and at the squirrel dude. She laughed at the thought of an amphibian or reptile, whichever he was having a pet rodent.

Midori, now back at her seat went for another go at chakra molding. She smiled as she had molded chakra again and was finally finished. "Cassie sensei! I'm finally finished with chakra molding!" Midori said a bit relieved and excited at the same time. Her smile had grown a bit larger as she half expected the squirrel to make Hiru loose his pants. She laughed at the thought and looked to Kiketsu who she assumed was wearing lime green boxers with pictures of purple banana's on them. She tried to shake the thought out of her head as she gained a serious look on her face.

Uzuki knew he wasn't ready to dodge those other things so he decided to start off a little easier.

Tumble (Dexterity)
Practice your flips, handsprings and jumps through the trees or on the ground.
DC: 12
Formula: 1d20 + Tumble(Dex)
Train: 5/5

5+-2=fail
He first made sure he was in an area that had enough room before he attempted his first handspring. He got ready by doing a little hopping and breathing. He then checked to make sure he had room again, the last thing Uzuki wanted to do was crash into something or someone. He started doing the handspring but for some reason stopped in the middle of it and crashed into the floor, landing on his back pretty hard. "Owwwww." He said while he hoppe around holding his back.

7+-2=fail
He began rubbing his back trying to ease the pain a litte before trying again. The last time he got a little nervous and tried to stop himself, this would be the last time he did that. He jumped and prepared himself for the next attempt ata hadspring. He looked around and noticed that the other boy seemed to finish his training quickly just like in the other room. He was also surprised by the fact that the boy had already finished nawanuke jutsu, he thought maybe they would be larning it at the same time.

17+-2=pass!
Uzuki was ready now, he got his mind off of the other boys experiences and instead thought of the ones ahead of him. He prepared himelf for the handspring and closed his eyes. Before Uzuki knew it he had already done it perfectly. He was surprised by the fact that he could do it without noticing but didn't really care as long as it was done. Now he decided to move on to a front flip.

1=autofail
He thought he might be able to do this one pretty easy seeing as howthe handspring, boy was he wrong. He got ready and bent his legs, then leaped forward atempting the backflip and landing on his back again. "Ahhhhh!" This time was worst than before. "Im gonna' need some ice after this." He said while clutching his aching back. He started rolling around the floor trying to wear off the pain. He stood up still holding his back.

16+-2=pass
"Man i'm gonna be feeling this one in the morning." He said quietly be fore trying the front flip again. This time he was alot more careful trying not to hurt himself again. He bent his knees and lept forward, much like the last time. Out of fear he closed his eyes, but opened them after he felt his feet touch the ground. It wasn't a pefect flip, but a flip none the less. He grabbed his back which was still in pain and thought about what he would do next. He decided he would do another front flip.

3+-2=fail
Uzuki waited a while before trying the second flip, this time he knew not to get cocky, he knew it would be the cause of his failure. He decided to do it a little differently this time, he wasn't sure if it would work or not but it was worth a try. He leaped forward and hit his head on the ground, this pain was wore than when he landed on his back. He grabbed his head and began rolling around like much before. These flips were alot harder than what he previously thought.

9+-2=fail.
He decided to just lay on the ground this time instead of get up, he thought it might help to ease the pain a little bit faster. He felt like giving up on the flips, but he knew by now that just giving up on the training would get him nowhere fast. He put his hand on the part of his head that he hit in order to check forbleeding or anything. All seemed well, for now anyway. Instead he looked back at the other boy who was working on shuriken.

9+-2=fail
Shuriken and other weapons was someting Uzuki wanted to learn for a while, but decided to keep quiet and wait for the moment to show itself. Well there it was, Uzuki decided he would just wait until afterfinishing his flips and after his head stop agonizing him. Uzuki began rubbing his head, kind of massaging the spot he hit. It wasn't nything too serious from what he could tell.

1=autofail
He looked back over to the other boy again,his name was Hiru he guessed, he had already forgotten. "Hey Hru how do you finish your training so quickly. I can tell your not rushing and taking your time like you should, but somehow you finish before everyone, including me." It had actually been bothering him for a while and probably some of the other students as well.

2+-2=fail
While he waited for an answer from the other boy Uzuki stood up and got peparpared for his third attempt? Uzuki didn't care, he wasn't really counting anyway. He touched his head again, making sure he was ready to start again. It was still in pain, but mostly when he touched it. Uzuki hopped up and down for about half a minute. He then looked around like he always did to make sure he would'nt crash into things. "Okay, here I go again."

19+-2=pass
Uzuki bent his knees againg and leaped forward, this time doing it the same as when he had succesfully done it. He landed on his feet this time alot more skillfull than the last. He stood up and put his hands in the air. "I did it!" He wasn't sure if he would be able to after his last failed attempt, but now Uzuki was ready. The next thing he would attempt would be a backflip.

9+-2=FAIL
Uzuki changed his mind and instead wanted to try to do a backflip off of the wall. He thought running directly towards the wall might work, but decided he should think it through a bit more. Maybe he should run towards the wall at a certain angle, no thats stupid. He continued to think of different methods he could use to try and be succesful at this. Finally he decided he would justrun straight into it.

4+-2=fail
Uzuki looked to make sure nothing was in his way and ran straight for the wall. He put his first foot on the wall, then the second the tried to flip backwards. Halfway through the flip Uzuki got nervous and panicked which caused him to go crashing into the ground much like some of his previous failures. He landed on his chest, he wasn't severely injured, but it still hurt none the less.

9+-2=fail
He rolled around the floor clenching his chest, but unlike the previous failure he easily got up. "This one wasn't as bad as the others, but what did I do wrong?" He thought about it for a second then realized what was wrong. "I really shouldn't have done that." He let go of his chest after a short while. He wanted to try the wall flip again, but was actually a little scared to do it. He also still wanted to try a few other things. In the end Uzuki decided he would try the wall flip one last time, if he didn't get it he would just try some other time.

5+-2=fail
Uzuki decided to get further away from the wall this time, hoping it might help. As usual he made sure he would have room, then ran for the wall. Like the previous attempt he placed one foot on the wall then the other then tried to flip backwards. This time he probably could have pulled it off, but instead of landing on his feet he fell on his rear. He felt yelling out some things, but just kept his mouth shut this time.

11+-2=fail
Uzuki got up, still holding his rear. "This is definitely the last time I try to pull off that stunt." Uzuki paused for a moment thinking about it. "For now anyway." He let go in order to avoid looking akward, he decided he would wait before trying something else. He looked at what the other boy was doing again. He seemed to be pretty goodat this training stuff, maybe he could help him with some of his training sometime.

Hiru heard Uzuki's comment about the speed at which he was training and was very amused by it.

"I don't know, I just do my best I guess!", Hiru answered cheerfully. Still, it had never even crossed his mind for a second that some competitive kids might find this intimidating. But, for someone who had never been congratulated in his life, whatever he would do would always seem insufficient...

Hiru overheard Cassie-sensei give the explanation to the students in the class through the hall. As sweet as she may be, her loud energetic voice carried extremely far. So, Hiru gave "tumbling" a first try. He had done something similar before, but a quick review was always useful. He lept to the ground rolled once or twice and the pushed himself right back up with extreme velocity. That was actually pretty cool!

DC = 18 + 2 = success
2/5

Hiru tried it again in the other direction. This time, he even faked being hit by someone in the process, just for the fun of it. He projected himself to the ground but placed his hands right under his center of gravity. Using the downwards fall from his fall he immediately answered with an upwards push from his arm and landed right back on his two feet! Given the fact that Hiru wasn't particularly skilled when it came to agility, that was impressive!

DC = 17 + 2 = success
3/5

Hiru laughed as he was doing the exercise, he never thought he'd have this much fun while not swimming. This time he acted as though a blow came from in front of him and leapt to the ground back first. Again, in amazing show of dexterity, he rolled a bit and ended up right on his two feet. Hiru was training so fast he had barely realized all that rolling was beginning to make him very dizzy...

DC = 4 + 2 = fail
3/5

The dizziness did take its toll. Hiru tried jumping again like he had done on his first three tries but not only was he rolling on the ground, the ground was seemingly rolling with him. Quite pathetically, Hiru, after a disastrous maneuver, ended with his face flat against the ground. A bit embarassed, Hiru slowly got back up and waited a bit for his head to stop spinning. Good thing he was alone with Uzuki in this room...

DC = 11 + 2 = success
4/5

ONce the world around him stopped spinning, Hiru jumped forward, face first towards the ground. He used a wheel motion for one or two rotations, and, in the last movement, twisted his upper body backwards while landing on his feet, just like he had been attacked from behind and wanted to face the enemy that had surprised him. Everything was going pretty well so far, and he only had to do it one more time to be done with this.

Finally, in one final motion, Hiru lept forward, got into hand stand, pushed himself forward and ended up on his feet. Then, continuing on this impulse, he wheeled sideways twice and ended up facing backwards from his original position. Hiru was pretty proud to have done this training so quickly, even though he knew luck was probably a large part of all he had just done. Still, success always tastes sweet!

Hiru was so happy about being assigned to a new swimming training, he had had so much fun last time! He ran out of the academy and ran back to the river nearby where he trained last time. He dove in and powered forward through the current. This training was particularly easy for him, and it really showed. He swam all the way up almost effortlessly! This was more of a relaxation drill it seemed!

DC = 14 + 4 = success
2/3

He let the current push him back towrds where he started a bit. After a few seconds of recovery, he dove underwater and did the exercise again using the mermaid swimming technique. It mostly used the legs and was very good for the back. It wasn't very fast though and therefore had very limited usefulness, but still, it was very fun for the time being. Hiru covered maybe 25 meters before letting himself go again.

DC = 19 + 4 = success
3/3

This time, Hiru got back to the surface and decided he'd use back strokes for this last part of the training. Again, he had no trouble swimming all the way up to the academy and farther still. Once he was done, he climbed back out of the water and sat on the edge of the small river while he strapped on the extra weight for the next part of training. This was going to be an interesting challenge...

Hiru liked training in something he was good at for once. It seemed all he had worked on so far was his intelligence and agility. He knew perfectly well these were essential parts of being a ninja but he liked having it easy once in a while. He dove back in the water with the weights strapped around his ankles and had absolutely no problem swimming back up the stream. This was going to be quick after all...

DC = 20 + 6 = success
2/5

Again, Hiru let the current cradle him back to where he started before giving another push to this new part of training. With his powerful arms pulling him forward and his strong legs propelling him in the same direction, he more than easily swam back to the objective he had reached thirty seconds before. Just like that, Hiru was done with his second try at swimming training.

DC = 15 + 6 = success
3/5

Hiru loved doing this. The sun shining through the light mist that covered the village had a very soothing effect on him, and the waves that brushed against his body made his wounds from the evening before almost dissapear. He once more effortlessly swam upstream, just like the fishes he crossed during the exercise, and gently let himself be carried back to where he started.

DC = 20 + 6 = success
4/5

This time, Hiru decided he would try swimming using only his arms, for extra challenge. It certainly was more difficult than swimming with all four of his extremities, but it would have required a lot more than ten pounds to give Hiru a decent challenge for this training. His arms pushed back such amazing quantities of water and with such strength that before he knew it, he had reached his objective once more.

DC = 15 + 6 = success
5/5

Hiru was almost done with swimming training, and he was a bit sad about it. His favorite training had been by far the shortest one and he would have loved for it to last the whole day. Still, while he had his head in the clouds, he managed to swim all the way up to mark he had set for himself and finally climbed out of the water. He dropped the extra weight he had tied to his ankles and carried it back into the academy.

Uzuki decided that this time he would just try doing a backflip while standing on the ground. He took the same approach that he did while performing his other flips. He did his usual check around himself, then bent his knees. "Okay, here I go,just hope that I don't hurt myself again." Uzuki said quietly to himself beforeclosing his eyes and jumping backwards. He couldn't really tell what was going on until he opened his eyes and realised that he was already standing again, a little bt further away from the spot he was previously standing.

5+-2=fail
He looked around a litte, surprised he had managed to unintentionally do the flip on his first attempt. Things usually didn't work out for him that well, that easily. Uzuki decided he would do one more thing before moving on to some other form of training. He looked at the other boy again, he was surprised by the fact the boy had already finished some swimming and the thing he was currently working on. "I need to catch up to that boy." Uzuki mumbled to himself. Uzuki was usually very competitive about things like this. At the same time he was hoping he would be on the same squad as this boy when they finnally became genin.

9+-2=fail
Uzuki was still wondering about when they might become genin. Besides the fact that he didn't know all of the required jutsu Uzuki thought that he was ready to move on to the next rank as a shinobi. Then again he still didn't really know some of the other things he would need as a genin, but there was always time to learn. Besides being an academy student wasn't that bad, and he still needed to learn things from this place. "Anyway back to the flips." Uzuki said as he got ready for a second backflip.

2+-2=fail
As Uzuki was preparing for his next backflip his mind was distracted by other thoughts. "I wonder what's the first clan technique I will learn. Of course Uzuki's father insisted on waiting until he was genin before telling him about some of the technques Uzuki knew the name of one called Rapid Fire, but didn't know what it did. From the words he guessed he would continually hit his oponent with something.

1=autofail
Uzuki then stopped daydreaming and focused on doing his backflip, besides his legs were getting a little cramped for standing in the position he was in for so long. "Okay, here we go!" He bent his knees again and tried to do like what he did the last time. He closed his eyes and leaped backwards. He thought it would end up like his last try with thim landing on his feet without really trying. It wouldn't be the first time Uzuki was wrong about something. He landed on his chest much like one of his ohter atempts.

Uzuki got up again, this time much, much sooner than what he normally would. He would guess that his determination to catch up with the shark boy was what was pushing him to finish the training. "I'm going to win you know." He said to Hiru, he wasn't sure if Hiru would know what he was talking about, but he probably wouldsooner or later. He decided now would be a good time to try to do the wall flip again, but changed hismind, he might go and do that later. For now he was determined to do the backflip.

12+-2=fail[stupid -2]
Uzuki got prepared the same way he had all the previous time and attempted the flip again. This time he kept his eyes open, he knew that later on if he would need to do a flip that he should keep his eyes open. He managed to land on his feet but a mere fraction of the second his feet touched the ground he fell back and landed on, well his back. He could teel this fall wasn't nearly as bad as the one from before, so he eagerly jumped backup.

2+-2=fail
He rubbed his back a little."That fall was nothing!" He said out loud not really caring if other people heard him or not. He just prepared himself for the flip again and got ready. He was ready for the pain this time, he had gotten used to it by now. Of course he wouldn't mind getting it right this time, he was ready to move on to something else right about now, he new his agility wasn't very good and that he really needed to work on it but he also need to work on other things as well.

16+-2=pass
Uzuki prepared his usual way and kept his eyes open like before. He leaped backwards and landed directly on his feet with no problems at all. "there, all done!" He said excitedly while he thought about what he should do next. He looked around the room, there were plenty of possible choices. Uzuki thought he was pretty strong so he decided he woudn't really need to work on any strength related things. "I've got it." He said quietly as he began to get in a good position for his next training course.

He also decided that would run 2 laps around the classroom 10 times, which was basically 20 laps altogether. Before he realized it he was already back at thespot where he began, he just needed one more lap. He continued running around remembering some of the other days he spent in the academy.
