Joey was a bit confused. the last he knew, Mauser was against the immortals...unless his sources were wrong.
"Mauser...as in THE Mauser?" he asked in confusion. "As in Mauser...the man responsible for the archangels?...I know I wasn't around that much at the time...but wasn't he against the immortals?...why would he set a hunter safehouse up in flames?" he asked.

"Umm yeah, thats him alright" Tokeru was surprised that these hunters had even heard of him, it's not like they were all around when the other attack happened, but Joey brought up a good point.
"You're right, he wouldn't. Aria herself said that her elders were up to something, and I picked up on that at the meeting, but I couldn't tell what. We need to move to Haven, Everyone, not just us, everyone will go."

It was moring and Kim wasn't prepared for a daylight... she gave instructons to get to the high rise as fast they can. then she took off down the tunnel as fast as she could... her speed was so geat she could run long distances without being tired at all.
Kim ran to a certain manhole cover and climbed up and into the light she only had to shield her eyes and grab a taxi from the many cabs that hung out in this place and gave her the address and away they went.

Of course, Eden completely disagreed with them, she knew Mauser, had heard some of his word. "Bullshit he didn't. He's still a possibility no matter what any of us think. He'd said that any of us who ally with the other races are his enemies. I'm a friggin' vampire, that means that you're siding with another race. Only humans are worthy in his eyes, humans that don't tolerate vampires, lycans, and tainted. So ... no matter what you think, he is still a possibility.
However, it is strange that right after the little elder plus Hunter Leaders plus Tokeru meeting, not to single you out or anything Tokeru, but you ain't old and you ain't a hunter leader so yeah .... Anywhoo, I think that it's too coincidental to not look into, however, I'm vouching for the Hunters when I say that I'm absolutely positive it wasn't them." Her brother would never issue such an order, neither would Krii, she had faith in both of her brothers and would die to protect their honor.

Tokeru nodded. "Yeah, it is always a possibility. I can't shake the fact that they were up to something, or that they are somehow behind all of this. But don't worry, i'll never let him hurt you, or Will, or Lydia, Krii i'll let Mauser hurt if he can, but not the others. Well, since we have no base, and ny vehicles anymore, atleast until we can return and sort through all the rubble, we might as well get moving."
He looked down at the clothes they were wearing. "Hope, you sure there weren't any other open stores?" When his sister shook his head instead of answering, he knew something was up. "Did you get us these to hint something?" A nod. "Did you get us these clothes so I would propose to Edith? Because I didn't need these clothes, I would have proposed, but i probably would have planned it better." Hope nodded once more, and Tokeru sighed.
"My sister, the meddler."

"Yeah," Edith agreed, adding her little statement, "we might as well get going. And thank-you, Angel, but I'm mighty fine on my own. Maybe not, but I feel like I'm invincible right now so don't burst my bubble. As for Krii, he's got me, I won't let Mauser hurt him or else he'll be seeing my wrath ... and Kerri's." She shifted her eyes goofily, they were still hazel, they often were when she was with Tokeru.
When she listened to Hope and Tokeru talk, she had already figured out Hope's little plan. Of course wedding clothes were not the only clothes she could have gotten, it was obviously purposeful. "I liked the randomness of it. You were cuter trying to think something up." She then kissed him.

Tokeru pulled her closer to him, and kissed her back. Of course it would only delay them getting to Haven, but he didn't care. "Thanks, I was trying to be cute, i think."
He loved being with her, and he loved how beautiful she was, and how she made him feel like nothing could hurt him, emotionally or physically. She was the only person he had ever opened himself with, and he loved it.

She broke the kiss to tell him what she was thinking though she could have told it through their link. "You're always cute, you don't need to try to be cute because whatever you do you are cute." She then kissed him back again.
It was true. No matter what he did she loved him, she found him cute. He was everything good in her world. He made her feel alive and she was always happy when it came to him. Tokeru was the one person she had opened herself up to completely and had not been stabbed in the back or taken advantage of for doing so. She trusted him completely.

Tokeru didn't stop her from kissing him, exactly the oppsite, He wrapped his hands around her waist, and put them on her a**, pulling her up to him.
While he was kissing her, he mumbled. "I love you" and continued to kiss her.

Takiko leaned against a cold wall of the subway. The bite that pathetic tainted inflicted upon her was already healed. Deep in her mind, she plotted her revenge, not just against Deo. But the entire Tainted race. She had grown to hate them all with a passion. The only other people she noticed in the Subway was a couple kissing. She could have guessed them to be mortals, hunters she presumed. Without a sound, she pulled her hood farther so her crimson eyes were more consealed. At the moment, she did not see them as a threat. She began to think about the recent news. The safehouse for the hunters was destroyed. Takiko silently laughed to herself. The one vampire she knew better than anyone else. Why didnt anyone else think of it? He was the cockiest, yet at times most depressing, vampire there was. Of course he had a reason to be. Since he was an elder and all. He must have had an oppurtunity and took advantage of it, and did a damn good job.

Edith smiled and playfully growled as Tokeru picked her up off the ground. She wrapped her legs around him and she kissed him hard, incorporating her tongue which she used to gently prod the sides of his cheeks, teasing him. She loved this moment, she'd loved all of them. She loved this man. Never had she felt so strongly for someone else before, she was positive that she could call this true love and if it wasn't, it was the damned closest she'd ever came to it.
'Love you too, Angel.' she said to him through their bond, not wanting to break the kiss this time.
She did note that someone seemed to be watching them, someone that was not a Stalker, but she really didn't give a damn. When had she? She had never been one to be abashed or embarassed easily. She did not care for people's opinions of her. If they had issues, they could leave. And being with Tokeru only made her feel more strongly about it.

Takiko would have left the subway. She could not really care less about the couple. If she left, where would she go? So, she remained in the same place she stood. Takiko's crimson eyes were closed as it looked like she was looking at the ground. She was carefully listening. Not really to anything in particular, just anything. Boredom made her feel compelled to be here. Yet she never understood why. Lost in her thoughts Takiko was oblivious to everything around her.

She turned to Joey. "Joey...we...we go to the city? Right?" she asked as she clung to his arm. Oh yes...she remembered Mauser.

Tokeru held her off the ground, his hands holding her thighs. He felt her tongue in his mouth and he responded in kind.
When he was sure her legs would hold around his waist, he let go of her legs and ran his hands up and down her back, feeling the soft fabric of the dress.
I wonder what kind of fabric this is, silk? Maybe?
He felt the eyes of the almost 200 shadow stalkers, on them both, as well as the eyes of another presence. But she was not causing any trouble, and so he decided to let her be.
When Aria talked to Joey, he broke their connection for a second. "We are going to haven first. There we will speak to Will, and decide what we need to do."

Eden's hazel eyes shone brightly as she kissed her fiance, and they closed to feel him that much more. She loved the feel of him, and she loved him holding her right now.
She had been able to wrap her legs around Tokeru's waist though she could not honestly say that she hadn't ripped the dress more than slightly to do so. As his hands travelled up and down her back, she basked in him rubbing her so rhythmically. It was intoxicating.
'I dunno. Probably. All wedding dresses seem to be made from that stuff for whatever reason they may have.'
Edith felt the eyes of almost two-hundred shadow stalkers on the both of them as well as the other presence, but she did not give a damn. They could watch if they wanted, she wasn't about to do anything about it.
She allowed him to break the connection, gently pulling back and allowing to speak. "Why can't they go to the city? I'm sure we could just meet up after we discuss with Will. It's not like he's going to want to talk to over two hundred stalkers at the same time."
