[What' especailly funny about the French coward/WW2 feascio is that once the french politacains rolled over and died, the people themselves still fought. Albeit, underground.]

"Ah, that old island," Jay sighed and put her hands behind her head after taking another sip of coconut milk. "See, I was forced to walk the plank along with my brother and a friend, we ended up on this deserted island which used to be a hidaway for the rumrunners. Ole BlackJack obviously was nearly in hog heaven, and due to my allergy, I had to find something else to drink. A coconut nearly hit me on the head, and I broke it open with the butt of me pistol. And then my brother and I waited patiently in the shallows, and all of a sudden, six sea turtles came along, and we rode them across the sea until we were all three picked up by the Interceptor and the rest is history,"

"i always heard that it was the rum runners that picked you up, but that was only from a little bird telling me..." she smiled, totally ignoring Kibo's comment that she had made a mistake.

Storm flashed a grin to Audrey.
"Rum runners are the more logical story, but not nearly as interesting. Just think of all the wonderful stories the turtles have to tell. Compare that to the humans and you have no compation!"
She turned back to Jay.
"Lot of good that will do him. Though, rumors have been traveling..."
Storm tapped a well manacured nail against her stark white teeth thoughtfully.

And people, when calling the French cowards, forget their part in Desert Storm AKA First Iraq war.]
